IIIT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The highest on-campus package is 46 lakh rupees and the average package is 12.5 lakh rupees. I'm planning on doing MBA after my degree. Companies like Amazon, Groww, Microsoft and many more have visited the campus so far.

I choose cse because I like coding from my 11th standard. Faculty ratio is good .Every subject have 2-3 teachers and they are also have good knowledge. Teaching method is also very good with projector technique . I every 1-2 month sessional exams are taken which could be pass easily by some hard work.

I want to pursue computer science and it is good for it. The student-faculty ratio is not good. Talking about the qualification of faculties we have only two-three faculties who have done their Ph.D. from IITs. Most of the Other teachers are not qualified from central Colleges like IIT, NIT, and IIIT. Up to the third semester, we don't have properly qualified faculties. Some of them are learned from local colleges of Maharashtra. As the college is in Nagpur we have more than expected Marathi teachers. There are 2 sessional exams and one end-sem exam in the semester. The papers are at a moderate to hard level. By learning teacher notes we can easily pass.

After the 6th Semester placement officially starts. As of now, roughly around 50 companies have visited. The package details will be shared soon on the website. Pursuing a Master's after Corporate Experience is my focus.

Students can start interning in 3rd year. The placements happen in the 4th year. There is a wide range of companies visiting like Groww, Amazon, Delloite, Alpha Grep, Simens, etc. The highest package has been 40 lac per annum and the average is 12 lac per annum. Most of the students do get placed. I plan on going for my master's after my course.

Students can opt for their placements from the 7th Semester onwards if they can complete the minimum required courses before the 7th Semester. Otherwise, the rest of the students can opt for placements from the 8th Semester. In recent years, IIITN has had a consistently rising average package with a rate of +2.5 LPA every year. In the year 2021-22, it reached about +4 LPA. The trend of the highest package has remained at about 50-60 LPA. Top Recruiting companies include Amazon, TCS-Digital, Samsung, Infosys,1MG, Nutanix, Capgemini, Jio Digital Platforms, and a wide range of Digital based and Software based Companies.

It is really commendable for a new college that was established in 2016 to provide such a good placement. The college has a placement record of around 85 per cent, which is why most of our batchmates went on to higher education. The college placement committee is very expert and plays an important role during our placement rounds because our information is already with the committee, so they are also effective in inviting companies that are of interest to us. During the placement process, the placement committee assists and guides us. Our batch's highest package was approximately 38 LPA, and the average package was approximately 10 LPA.

The college is excellent. Because the college is new, there was no final tally of the placement. However, the college administration was extremely helpful and supportive. The selection council was newly formed by the college administration, and the placement council collaborated to improve the performance of placement. The college achieved a 100% placement rate, with the maximum placement offer being around 40 LPA and the annual wage offer being 15 LPA.

The college is very good. The college is new so there was no past record of the placement. But the college management was quite helpful full and supportive. The placement committee was newly formed about the college management and the placement committee worked together to improve the quality of placement. The college was able to achieve a 100% placement record and the highest placement offer was around 40 LPA and the average salary offer was 15 LPA.
