We have internship in our own hospital. This is a compulsory internship programme suggested under the curriculum by the NMC. Internship is really useful in shaping you as a doctor. Since the pateitn load in the hospital is high, internship period helps in upgrading previoously acquired competencies. and skills.

Internship is mandatory to do in Amrita. Mainly 4th year is for intermship. To get intershio we should pass all the three years and submit thesis in any topic. After completing all the three year they can get internship in Amrita

I am not that clear about internship here. The first batch of these course have just graduated. So I am not sure about that. They have never talked about any internship for us first years. We have have company called Merck in order to give us intership certificate. It's a reasearch based company.

As it is a medical College you have to work as an intern in your 5th year and you will be paid during your internship you can prepare for PG NEET exams during this time or if you want to do your PG abroad you can do research at this time and prepare for it.

There are many good placement opportunities available at the college. The on campus interviews at the college are always happening towards the end of the semester. I have seen many of the students get recruited in many big hospitals such as AIMS. Many of our alumni are now recruited at good hospitals.

There no such placement thing in the medical field. We get internship through our college with really good stipend. After graduation the students can either go for their own clinics or practice by remaining attached to a hospital.

It's a medical college, There's a 6 month internship/housesurgency after the 4th year. Stipend is about 6000 per month as of now. They will be posted in different wards for specified time periods to make sure they're exposed to all the departments.

The college provides one year internship program for hands on training in the view of minimizing errors on the part of doctors. The spend is between Rs.5000 and Rs.10000. Students do their internship in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center.
