Teacher are so good. they behave very well. they support all time
Yes, they provide scholarship fees, the job opportunities are also good and placements are also good.
Amazing campus and social life. sports culture is one of the best in this college and also the main thing that is placements are the main attraction point of this college

Dislikes

The hostels facility is not so good. the bathrooms are not so clean and there are hygiene issues. the food in the mess is not that much healthy.
The things i disliked about my college is the teachers. sometimes the teachers teaches us in bengali language which is not understand by all the students
The infrastructure of the class is not prominent. we have to ware college uniforms everyday. the projectors are broken in the class. there are broken benches in the class.

Good fee structure and good placement and education
Supportive faculty and management and good environment
All the program and seminar which help us alot

Dislikes

Place should be more hi tech and beautiful outside campus

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite decent. Around 100+ companies visited and the highest package was 14lpa and the average package was 4 LPA 90 per cent of student are getting placed I will also try to get a good placement or further education

Campus of the college is very big. There is library, grounds, basically everything.
There are social clubs which helps the student to interact
Faculty is good , cooperative and very helpful.

Dislikes

Campus placement could have been better.

Placement Experience:

Placements at the college are fine. More than 90% of students are placed in campus placement. The average package is 7 lpa for its branches. The highest package is around 12 lpa on campus and the lowest is 3.5 lpa.

The highest placement of this college is 12-14 lakh per annum and average placement is 6-7 lakh per annum 90-95 students get placed in this college with a very good stipend so many companies visiting this college like Mindtree, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro etc.

Ragging is strictly prohibited. Guilty is suspended immediately.
We have very good placement rate each year.
Wifi is available throughout the campus. There is a gym, a canteen and a stationary shop for student.

Dislikes

There are few classrooms with air conditioning facility.
Sports and cultural events are not too regular.
Placement training should be held from the beginning of third year.

Placement Experience:

From the final year, students become eligible for placements. Companies like TCS infotech, Cognizant, Oracle, and IBM visit campus placements. The highest package last year was 12 lpa whereas the average package was around 5 lpa. Last year each and every student got placed. After getting my degree I am planning to work with the big MNCs.

Campus is too good so campus beauty is very beautiful.
Seniors Bhaiya take sometime intro and do good behaviour

Placement is too good in other private colleges in Bengal. Placement is started at the end of the 6th semester. If you talk about the average package so average package is 4-5 lakh per annum and the highest package is 41 lakh per annum so companies visited like TCS, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, CAPGEMINI, MINDTREE, DELOITTE, and many more companies.

6 sem students become eligible for campus placements. tcs,wipro, Accenture and much more companies visited our college. the highest package is 45lpa and the lowest is 4 LPA. 98% of students get placements. i want to any core company like a power plant.

Best part here is that college always focus on practicals labworks internship oportunities to make student industry ready.
Cultural fests and tech fests helps you to explore yourself more and more.
Provide best education facilities as well as placements.

Dislikes

Something i dont like is the language barrier because some local people like mess staffs, guards they dont understand english or hindi they only know is bengali
College should focus on more and more practical part rather than theory.

Placement Experience:

Placements are also well here almost 85-90% of students get placed at different companies every year. From the 3rd year to the 6th sem, you are eligible to sit in placements. A lot of well-reputed companies like Adani, Reliance, Tata, etc come here for recruitment.

Campus life is also good, faculties are so helpful

hostel, mess food could very more good, facilities could be more good

From 5- 6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements there are many types of IT and CORE companies visit our college, there are a lot of placement opportunities highest package is 70 LPA and the lowest package is 5 LPA 100% of students getting placements I want to work as an engineer in a core company like a power plant, or power station

From 6 semesters onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and Infosys are some of the companies which visited the campus. And more than 500 offers were made. The highest package here is 45 LPA which was offered by Amazon. The average package here is 4.5 LPA-5 LPA. More than 75% of students got placed. My plan after the degree is to secure a job with a maximum package.

Students are eligible to sit for on-campus placement after the 6th Semester, though they can apply off-campus in any semester. Tech giants like TCS, Wipro, CTS, PWC, ACCENTURE, and many more visit campus for tech jobs. Haldia Petrochemical, Adani, Tata Steel, and Exide, like core companies, are also there during placement. The highest package is 45 LPA from amazon. The average package is 5 - 6 LPA. Almost every student of the CSE dept. gets placed. overall placement percentage is 80. I am planning to join a good product-based company after my graduation.

Haldia Institute of Technology is one of the largest residential engineering institutes in West Bengal. It is spread over an area of 36.98 acres of land and has been ranked at 163 position by NIRF ranking. The college is also accredited with A grade by NAAC

Courses:

The college offers various courses- B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA with a number of specialisations. The college offers B.Tech in CE, CSE, ECE, ME, IT, EE, Biotech and in many other specialisations and M.Tech in ECE, CSE, CE, ME and Biotechnology. The college has also offered new courses for B.Tech in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and cyber security. Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering are top departments.

Placements:

As per the data of batch 2017-18, 72% students were placed and around 140 companies visited the campus for placements. Some of the top recruiters were Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, Nestle, Adani Wilmar etc.

Fest:

The college also organises annual cultural fest “Riviera” and annual Techno Management fest- Prayukti”. A lot of competitions and events are held during the fest and different colleges participate in the same.
