Teacher are so good. they behave very well. they support all time
Yes, they provide scholarship fees, the job opportunities are also good and placements are also good.
Amazing campus and social life. sports culture is one of the best in this college and also the main thing that is placements are the main attraction point of this college

Dislikes

The hostels facility is not so good. the bathrooms are not so clean and there are hygiene issues. the food in the mess is not that much healthy.
The things i disliked about my college is the teachers. sometimes the teachers teaches us in bengali language which is not understand by all the students
The infrastructure of the class is not prominent. we have to ware college uniforms everyday. the projectors are broken in the class. there are broken benches in the class.

Placement is good and many companies visit every year and they offer many jobs to their students the company visit college are Adani group, jsw group, simplex and many more. Most students get their job. The highest package offered by Amazon i.e 4500000 and many more. More than 90 percent of students were placed.

Placement is well more than 90 percent of students are placed in this college. if you do not get placement the college will give you 1 year extra for your placement. After the end of six-semester students are eligible for placement. Many companies visit our college some of them are Adani group, JSW group and many more. More than 150 companies visit the campus. my plane is for UPSC civil service.

Many companies visit the campus and they offer a good package. The placement of the college is good. After the end of the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placement. Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, and many more companies visit the campus and some core companies like Adani group, jsw group, ultra-tech, and many more company visit collage the total of 150 companies visit the campus past year. The highest package offered by Amazon is 4500000 LPA. More than 90 percent of students are placed. My plan is first to start my career as an engineer and then go for higher studies.

100% placement in CSE AND CHEMICAL dept. 150+ companies visit the campus and recruit from all over the branches. The highest package in 2022 was 25lpa and the average package was 5.2lpa. From Semester 6 onwards you get eligible for the campus.

I love my college

Placement Experience:

Our college placement is pretty good. Many different types of companies like Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Hexaware, Mindtree, Adani etc came and provide this opportunity. They provide an average package of approximately 400000 and it's pretty good for us. 90 per cent of students got internship in our college.

First Year Student View

Placement Experience:

In the 3rd semester, students with good grades are eligible for placements and most of the students get placed in the company's like INFOSYS, TATA, TCS, CAPGEMINI, AMAZON, PAYTM, MICROSOFT, INTEL, IBM etc therefore you need good grades to crack that placement. The highest package is 42lpa and it's from Amazon off campus, and on-campus placement, the highest is 18 LPA. Their average placement is about 8-9 LPA. And 95% of students get placed on campus.

Placement Experience:

College placements are good After completing the 6th semester you're eligible for placement .there are approximately 20+ companies that have visited and o got offers from four big MNC's highest package is 11 LPA and the average package is 3-4 LPA. 90 percent of people get placed. I want to do a job in IT after my degree completion I got a 6.5 LPA offer letter.

Haldia Institute of Technology is one of the largest residential engineering institutes in West Bengal. It is spread over an area of 36.98 acres of land and has been ranked at 163 position by NIRF ranking. The college is also accredited with A grade by NAAC

Courses:

The college offers various courses- B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA and MCA with a number of specialisations. The college offers B.Tech in CE, CSE, ECE, ME, IT, EE, Biotech and in many other specialisations and M.Tech in ECE, CSE, CE, ME and Biotechnology. The college has also offered new courses for B.Tech in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and cyber security. Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering are top departments.

Placements:

As per the data of batch 2017-18, 72% students were placed and around 140 companies visited the campus for placements. Some of the top recruiters were Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, Nestle, Adani Wilmar etc.

Fest:

The college also organises annual cultural fest “Riviera” and annual Techno Management fest- Prayukti”. A lot of competitions and events are held during the fest and different colleges participate in the same.
