Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personal interest was the reason why I selected this particular course. Faculty is very well educated and well behaved. Few of the faculties are IITs alumni and contributes to the exceptional academic performance of the students

Overall experience at HIT

Placement Experience:

You would pay around 6 lakhs for your whole course including hostels and mess. the avg pakage is generaly around 3.5 to 4 lpa. now this amount might not look good but if you compare it with fees..then the Return on investment you get is really good especially if you are from CSE, IT and ECE. Mech and EIE students have avg pacakge of 2.5 to 3.5.

Placements are good . 70 % students get placed in the campus and students get proper training from the college itself. INR 16LPA was the top salary offer. The prominent recruiters are Wipro, Tata, TCS, IBM, HDFC Bank etc.

Overall experience at HITK

Placement Experience:

Placements are good, students will be getting calls from the placement cell from their 7th semester. Till now Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Pwc have recruited so far with avg of 4-4.5LPA. Some companies are offering 7.5LPA. The highest package offered so far is 16LPA in the year 2017. 60-70 % of students will get placed which is a good number. Some students don't take placement offers because they have to target GATE. Students from the core branches can also get placed in IT industry. Lastly It is up to you that what you want and which industry you want to go.

HITK : one of the best private engg. colleges

Placement Experience:

HITK has good placement opportunities. We started getting into placements from the end of our third year. Almost everyone got placed from my batch. As of now, the highest package was 9lpa which was from CSE, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. I myself got offers from 4 companies through college. My highest was 7.5lpa (highest in my dept at that time).

Internship Oppurtinities

Placement Experience:

At the begining of 7th semester i.e final year campus placement starts. So one need to be in final year to be eligible for placements. As a part of campus placed students i can easily say that there are so many companies will come like TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant,Amazon (for SDE intern) and so on.The highest package one can get from Amazon as a Software developer position which is around 30 lakh per annum. The average package is around 4 lakhs. Talking about the placement percentage student can expect 75-85%. In case of CS/IT/ECE branch students one can easily expect around 90-100%.

Inside Heritage- all you must know

Placement Experience:

After the completion of the 6th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. The companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Microsoft, HCl e.t.c come to our college, and some students get 3 or 4 job offers. The highest package may vary but the average is 5-6LPA. There are 85-90% of students gets placed and the rest of others are went for pursuing higher study. My plan is to place in a company where I can learn the industrial level work and strategy and maybe start with my own start-up plans.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements during the 7th semester Lots of good companies come for various profiles. Mainly IT profile. The highest package is about 11-13 lacs. I am doing MBA after my Btech degree.

It is best college for those who want to do best in their life

Placement Experience:

From seven semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited like TCS,COGNIGENT, CAPGEMINI,DXC,PWC, BYJUS, EXTRA MARK, WHITEHAT JUNIOR, INTELLIPAT Many offer they provide like data analyst, BDA, senior Analyst, programing trainee etc. Highest package 12 lakh per annum Average 3 lakh per annum About 70% got placement My plans is to do job.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good. Students get opportunities for an internship program from the starting after 4th graduation year. They have chances for the participating in internship program offered from different companies like Amazon, Infosys and Vipro. EE students get large no. of placement opportunities as HR. For placements HITK holds second position under wbjee colleges just after Jadavpur. TCS and CTS r the major companies that hire mass recruitment from HITK . There is almost 100 % placements after graduating from HITK.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
