Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

Placement Experience:

Heritage has avg placement of about 4-5.5lpa. if u r a gem then of course u will get ur dream college off campus or oncampus. Some are mass recruiters then don't have to worry a lot. If one does work harder he will achieve something bigger. They have a NIRF ranking too around 150(don't remember exactly).

Placement Experience:

The placements start from the 3rd semester in which various companies lay a camp in college ground for students to discover their own interest in companies. but the average salary package is much lower than expected i.e. 4-6 lakh per annum. Nearly more than half of the students are placed, leaving those who didn't perform well in their academics. My plan and advice for others are to opt for Mtech if you need a decent placement.

Remarks:

It is the best private college in west Bengal and my wbjee rank syncronises with this college's required rank . Campus is quite large . Teachers are all PHDs from well known institutions . Due to high rank competition is very healthy .

Internship at Heritage Institute of Technology

Placement Experience:

After the 7th semester, top companies from Kolkata and Across the Nation come for the placement. Around 20 companies come with 100 offers for B.tech CSE Students. The minimum package was 4.2 LPA and the maximum was 19.5 LPA. Around 87% of students get placed with reputed Companies like TCS, Amazon, Flipkart with an average salary of 10.3 LPA.

A decent college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in the Software part, that's why I have opted for IT branch. Faculties are quite good here, some are even much knowledgeable and highly qualified. Some of the less popular departments such as Biotechnology have student-friendly faculty but the other core departments lack somewhere in terms of teaching facilities.

From 5th semester, placements start coming in our college. Companies like tcs, wipro, godrej, Mahindra visit our college and most of the students get at least two job offers. 80% students get placement. Highest package-12 lac and avg -3. 6 lacs and tcs makes the largest recruitment in our college. After getting degree, I dream to get placed in tcs

Learning about automation system via internship!!

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is very good due to which I joined this college and really found that it's worth it. The students become eligible to get placements in companies after they complete their 3rd year i.e 6th semester. There are many tech giant companies which are linked up with our college like TCS, CAPGEMINI, MINDTREE, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA etc. The average package provided during the campusing is around 2.5-3lakh/year and the highest package offers are around 7-8lakh/year. The percentage of students those gets placements every year revolves around 73-76% or some year more than that. It's happening consistently over the year. And that's the success rate of our college. My plan after getting the degree is to join the robotics industry where AI robots are being made and thats the best part of mechanical engineering according to me now a days!

Internship is the best thing!

Placement Experience:

Our college has a very good placement record. Almost very student gets placed every year. A student becomes eligible for getting placed to a company after he/she completes the 3rd year and steps into the 4th year. There are many popular brands like TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, HYUNDAI etc which are in tie up with our college. The average package provided is around 2.5-3lakhs/year. And the highest package provided is around 7-8lakhs/year. The percentage of students those who gets placed is near about to 74% every year consistently. Which is the main factor of the college's succes and top ranks. My plan is that after I complete my course within an year or so I want to join an automobile industry so that I can design and give my contribution towards the car section.

Internship to know the automation of a car

Placement Experience:

Our college has the best placements record throughout Kolkata. Many of the students got jobs abroad. The students after finishing the 3rd year are partially eligible for the job placements. But for that, their past results need to be excellent in every semester. There are many companies of different fields associated with our college like BHEL, SAIL, TECH MAHINDRA, WIPRO, INFOSYS, PAYTM, AMAZON, FLIPKART. The average package offered to the students per annum is around 2.5-3lakhs/year. And the highest package which is offered is a 7-8 lakhs package. As I told you earlier that our college holds excellent records in giving placements. Near about 70-75% of students gets placed every year consistently. So, there's no need to worry about placements. As I have an interest in robotics part after I get the degree I want to join the research lab of robot technologies.

Great experience during internship program

Placement Experience:

Our college is one of the best in entire west Bengal when it comes to job offerings. Around 70-80% students gets placed every year. The students become eligible for getting job offered after they enter into the 4th year. Based on their scoring of previous semester and their capabilities the job offers are being made. Huge tech giant companies like TECH MAHINDRA, SIMPLEX, SAIL, HONDA, TCS,WIPRO, INFOSYS and many more companies are in a tie up with our college in purpose of getting their employees. So getting placed in any of these companies is not a big issue. Each student gets around 3-4job offerings every year among which they chose what they want. The average package(Yearly based) is around 3-3.lakh and the Highest package is around 7-8lakh. My plan after getting the degree is to join the locomotive industry and make son contribution toward the Indian railways.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
