NIE Mysore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I was interested in coding so I chose this course and also this college is very gud Teaching way should be improved..like they should not allow new teachers to core subjects..they may allot experienced teachers to important subjects

From 6th semester, college placements get started and many companies come and visit. There are around 100 companies that come to visit our college every year. Highest package is 46lpa and average is 10lpa

after 4th sem,around 200 companies visit our campus,with different offers.highest package was 54lakhs per annums and average is around 12 lakhs per annum,around all students get placed,to work in good company

Placements are pretty good @ NIE. There are many companies that come to hire students from our college. Almost everybody gets placed. Companies come to hire when the students are in the 6th semester every year. Almost 100 companies come to visit our college. Highest package last year was 48 lpa. Average package is 10lpa. 90% of the students get placed. My plans after getting a degree is work for 2 years in the company I get placed and maybe go for higher studies later.

from 5th semester students are eligible to sit in placements around 70-80 IT companies visit for cse/ise etc..and around 250 offers were made for these 2 branches.. Many companies visit for core branches like ece,eee,mech too and many offers are made..so overall around 250 companies visit NIE highest package is 54lpa and average is 8lpa 90% placement rate for cse/ise my plan is to get placed for a good company

Typically, placement opportunities begin at the end of the 5th semester and the beginning of the 6th semester. Companies like Halodoc often lead the hiring process, selecting around 15 students with attractive salary packages. Other prominent companies that participate in the recruitment drive include Dassault Systemes, Volvo, Daimler Trucks, Mercedes Benz, Micro Focus, Lam Research, National Instruments, Texas Instruments, Alstom, Deloitte, TCS, L&T, Polaris, and JSW, among others. The highest package for a mechanical engineering student in a core field was 14 LPA offered by Lam Research, while the overall highest package reached 48 LPA. On average, students can expect an annual package of around 6 LPA. Additionally, the institution offers good internship opportunities for the final semester. If a student secures an internship lasting more than four months during the final semester, they are exempt from attending regular classes.

Placements is the only thing i choose this college The time i entered this college the average and median of ise wase 12.48 and 12 respectively and for cse it is 12 and 12.45 respectively and the highest package of cse was 53lpa and ise wase 38 lpa

The placements was good. There were multiple companies like Siemens, Microsoft, accenture, TCS, Bosch which came for campus placements. In my batch around 60% got placed and others went abroad for masters.

The campus placement is quite good in our college and the highest package is 56lpa and the average is 10lpa. I don't know exactly percentage of students getting placed but every year there is 450+ companies visited..

Programming Languages are explained in very simple language so that Biology baground students can easily understand.They make us to do the practical applications along with theory.We will come across 2 internals and one semester end exam. The average marks of both will be considered for CGPA. Internals are held for about 1 hour and SEE for 3 hours.
