Hansraj college review

Placement Experience:

At the start of 5th semester placements start and everyone is eligible to sit for it. Around 50 companies this year as they were online and around 300 offers were made. Highest package 20lakhs. Average package 4 lakhs. Around 25% students got placed.

Life at hansraj college

Placement Experience:

Students after 3rd semester can apply for placements. The placement cell at Hansraj is a student-run body headed by teacher convenors who work towards the common goal of getting all students placed in various companies. About 70% of students get placed every year. The best package is about 8 lac per annum.

The placement records are quite good average placement is around 4.5 LPA but talking of my particular course the placement is not so good .Company's visiting -deloitte, EY, Zomato ,great learning etc .The highest CTC offered was 18 LPA .

Hansrajians- people of hansraj

Placement Experience:

I didn't totally decline that campus placement is offered but the ratio of placement of our college is not good. Some companies visit campus for placement but there is less in number and they offer less package. I recommend if you looking for campus placement, then this college is not for you. Hardly 3 out of 10 students get placement. Now talking about other than placement then most students are preparing for government exams like UPSC, SSC and some are preparing for IIT jam, GMAT etc. I planned to do post-graduation after my under graduation and after that preparing for UPSC.

My college experience

Placement Experience:

I don't know yet to be part of the placement. So can't tell right now but generally, placement opportunity for BCom Hons is over an edge all-time unrespect to other courses. You can expect 2 lakhs to 13 lakhs on average 5 lakhs approx.

A Basic Hansraj Guide ;)

Placement Experience:

Since I'm in first year I don't have any idea how placements work but yeah as much as I heard from my seniors mostly everyone gets place here and last year the highest package was 20.5 LPA so you all can easily imagine how cool the placements are gonna be.

Placement Experience:

According to the official college reports the average package offered to the students is 6 lac per annum and the highest package offered to the students was 21 lac per annum. The recruiter's list could see big names like Bain & Co., Zomato, McKinsey & Company, Deshaw & Co., EY among many others. The students start applying for the placements around the 5th and 6th semesters. Many students also get Pre Placement Offers depending upon their performances in their internships. B.com (HONOURS) is a very diverse field, so after completing my Bachelor's degree I aspire to pursue Chartered Accountancy.

Experience at hansraj college

Placement Experience:

Hansraj college witnesses every year companies like Boston consulting companies, KPMG, Bain, and company, and many big Indian companies like zomato, leverage edu, etc. The 3rd students became eligible for placements. This year 85+ offers rolled out and the highest package was 19.25 lakhs per annum and the average package was 8.09 lakhs approx. although the pandemic hit the jobs very hard the Hansraj placement cell saw a 37% rise in recruiters in the college. Even I'm also looking to get into big companies like KPMG, BCG, etc to pursue my career in finance and strategy.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very much active. The placement package is quite good. But it depends much on the qualification of the candidate that how's s/he has performed. Otherwise, college placement is all good as the reputation enjoyed by the college is attentive. Many alma matters are very much famous, which make internship companies and placement companies fall for Hansraj college. So in literal terms, college placement is no less than others. ( As per many seniors, the average package goes like 3-4 lakh per annum to 7 -9 lakhs per annum). It may rise high, depending on the qualification of student and level of the company.

My college experience

Placement Experience:

The last year of graduation is when you can start applying for placements in various organizations. The average package in a year reaches about 5 lakhs. It is quite simple to understand that good placement requires a good percentage for a student to live a nice life after college. My plan is to seek a nice job in an area like a technical area where I could work with great efficiency to reach good heights.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.

Here are some of the best things about the institute.

This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
North Campus has the best college location.

You will not regret choosing the institute.
