Not very rigours, therefore you have to be self motivated to do well. They give you alot of freedom and you have to be responsible for your own growth. Since it's at the postgraduate level they don't spoonfed you with makes students independent and prepares them for life ahead.
The college is very good institute but the faculty is not very willing about the interest of the students regarding placements. The professors are very research oriented which is not a bad thing but it does affect the subject they are teaching. They are very knowledgeable in their own field.
The course structure is very good.
The campus is fine and there is hostel for all students so accommodation is not problem.
The college should take into consideration the needs of students regarding various subjects. Although the college make available required subject but sometimes the markin criteria is above our heads.
College's Administration staff/ accounts staff/ registrar/ director are very active and no work remains pending as it happens in government colleges.
The overall experience is good.
On some courses, work placements are compulsory in order to get your degree, while on others you can opt to do a placement as one of your modules. If this isn't the case on your course then you should still think about arranging a placement. Your careers service should be able to help you with this.
