DSCE Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The engineers with good skills were placed right out of college with an average package of 10 lakhs. I plan to sit for Placements and try to fetch one. Many opt for higher education such as MBA and MTech. Many IT companies come for placements, also core companies do but only a few.

There is campus placement Oppertunities in our college. The campus placement starts frm 6th sem onwards. Companies visited are more then 100 and the job offers are around 2000+. Name of some companies are Amazon, jp Morgan, congnicent, cape Gemini, TCS, Infosys, Google, IBM, Mercedes, Bosch etc. This years Highest package is 51 lakhs n average is 7 lakhs In our cse department the percentage of students getting placed is 85%

I'm greatly interested in civil engineering and that's why I joined the course. The curriculum greatly interested me because it's easy to understand and not too stressing. We have no of situations where they teach you to be ready for the real world. I dont think it neesds any improvement because I feel it's enough. Timing of exams can actually be changed because honestly I want gaps for my exams in just 4 months span i completed 1 sem that's why.

Placements wise it's decent. The placement is active. College does provide you with exposure and opportunities. For opportunities it also depends on the department how supportive your department is. But having a decent cgpa and good network students can get a good decent placement. Apart from this there are multiple clubs related to academics . These also provide with good opportunities every year 2-3 students crack gsoc from these .

I'm currently in the 2nd semester and I have been given the opportunity to participate in Campus Drive for an MNC company. The top companies which hire from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bengaluru are as under 1) KPMG 2) PWC 3) Stone X 4) EY 5) Volvo The placement department of the college is very active and passionate about placing students in Top companies. The highest package is 14 LPA and the Average package is 6-7 LPA 70% of students are placed every year in our college

From your 6 th semester onwards placements starts itself There are so many companies that are visited to campus like Tata, amazon, juspay, ideaforge, texas,wipro, bosch, abb The highest package for electrical is 26lpa and avg is 3. 5lpa

The teaching is very good and the teachers are very soft in nature and very helpful in nature and the course is very good and the course is very easy to apply and understand and the teachers are very specific towards our goal

The circulam is not up to date thet try bringing new courses and make changes but the teachers dont really adapt much to the new technolgy and system its just root learning not application based learning just for the sake of marks people are giving such assignments.

I think from 5th sem students are eligible to placements . There are many companies have placements with DSCE Google, Microsoft, Bosch , TNC many are there to listout Last year placement was done and still going on for some students 80% of studs getting placements yearly

I chose computer science and design because I have been a fan of UI / UX design from Photoshop to figma and PowerPoint. I have also been a fan of web development too. The curriculum does a great job of preparing students for both careers and further studies. Hands-on projects and internships give practical experience, making it easier to move into the workforce. I think the best way to improve is if the teachers are more excited to teach the subject and if they ask us to do more activities or more projects. The classic chalk-and-talk teaching won't work here In our college, there are 3 internals one every month and one end-semester exam The difficulty level is medium not that hard.
