DSCE Bangalore Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are around 90 percent in the Computer Science course with average package of 600000 and highest package of 5100000 till date. A great number of companies visit the college for hiring making it a great opportunity to the students to showcase their capabilities to the recruiters. My plans are to pursue civil services and serve the country as soon as I complete my degree.

the placements as i've heard is quiet good and to get placed you should not have any active backlogs. there are many companies visiting every year and many students are placed. the average package might be around 8lpa to 10lpa

Btech courses are good and I am pursuing cst in btech so their subject and faculty are highly educated we can able to understand the insight concepts about cst. Entrepreneurship are very good they are teaching about the startup.

Placement considering a private college is fairly good as the average placement is 6-7 lpa. The highest package from our college is 54 lpa. And the biggest plus point is this college is in the main city itself and getting a job in Bangalore after 4 years is not so challenging. As for the no of companies that visit our college it is around 50 -60 companies, as I said getting placement is not so difficult if anyone putting just enough effort. But definitely to acquire a bigger package from college itself you have to work harder and build a better portfolio. You can get hired 7th sem itself if you have built a good résumé. I plan to go towards government service after my course completion, but I'll see where my road leads to.

The placement of the college is not very good but because of the tution fees lesser than other colleges ROI is not different from those colleges, as per the colleges official newsletter the average package was 6.13 lpa but on website they tell employebility rate to be 90 % but as per the upcoming recession cannot predict the future.

I think it's from 5th sem students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies like google, Microsoft come to visit no wonder you have to maintain am excellent score in academics. Average package is 10Lakhs and highest package is around 45Lakhs. 80% student get campus placement. I would like to pursue further studies in masters.

As till now course feels to be relevant and comprehensiveness faculties are good specially maths faculty is really good and they make the subject understand easily subject and according to the industry norms and placement ready

Placement are descent in our college highest package is 52 lakhs from cse off campus and 22 lakhs on campus and average package is 10 lpa my plans after degree is to get palcement in off campus or on campus roi is good

From the 6th semester onwards the students are usually eligible for campus placements. Companies visited-Many companies visit the college such as Microsoft, Accenture, TCS, Paytm, Adobe and the no. of offers is around 500-600. Package-The highest package offered in the year 2023 was around 52 LPA which was from Microsoft but the data is not clear whether it was off-campus or on-campus. The average package ranges from 8LPA-10LPA for CSE branch students whether in core branches it is around 4-5LPA Each year almost 85% of the students seating for placements get placed and get a decent package while this is not the case for the year 2023-2024 as it is a recession year. Future plans-I will prepare for GATE examinations and get a masters degree from any of the top IIT's.

With the introduction of nep I'd say it's become bad. I'll explain how. This policy has far less portions compared to what it has before. Which means less compelling study. You will get a more time. Now this is why it's bad most people don't use this time to develop skills or study for masters. More you slack off the worse it gets. The upsides to this course is that time which you can improve on anything you want. The frequency of exams is thrice in a semester 3 internals along with assignments and quizes
