Motilal Nehru College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Since my course is of 3 years after the 3rd year students become eligible for campus placements. I currently don't know which companies visited because we have no contacts with our seniours. The average package as I had seen when I was comparing my college with other colleges was 2.50 lakhs per annum, while the highest package was 18.50 lakhs. My plan after getting a degree is to still pursue long term course because they take time for upto 5 years so I'll probably be studying only after getting a degree.

Talking about the placement you can get 3-4 lakh p.a if you are a bright student, as jobs after immediate graduation is not paying that much so students opt for PG courses. Placement is through the DU cell. companies - ZOMATO, startups, KPMG, Deloitte, urban clap There are fewer chances all students get placement around 40-50% get it.

MLNC has an active placement cell. Many companies visit here to offer internships as well as placements. Around 20% of students of my batchmates got placed with the lowest package being 1.2 lakh and the highest 3 lakh. I am looking forward to pursuing my interest in banking only.

The college has an active Placement Cell. It organizes workshops, seminars and provides placement and internships in a wide range of profiles. Major placement opportunities are available to BCom students. Final semester students become eligible for campus placements. As per the stats of 2019-20, the highest package offered was 9 LPA and average package was 4.3 LPA. Major job profiles were finance, audit, sales, marketing, consultancy, HR operations etc. and 96+ companies were associated including KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Decathlon, UrbanClap, Genpact, Chegg, Wipro, FIS, Teach for India, Josh Talks, Inshorts, Careers 360 and many more. However the percentage of students getting placed is not much greater, because majority of students don't sit in campus placements and go for masters. Generally, BCom graduates are offered with better profiles in big companies (KPMG, EY, Deloitte etc) I am planning to go for MCA after my graduation .

Placement is pretty good in this college. Many reputed companies visited every year to hire students like Google bad Wipro. The highest package ranges between 6-7 LPA and the average is 3-4 LPA. Highest package offer to b.com honours students. 75% of students got placed every year.

The placement cell of this college is best. The Placement is good, with reputed companies offering packages ranging between 3-6 LPA. The highest package is only offered to b.com Hons students and economics Hons students. Companies like kpmg, Google, Wipro come every year to giving opportunities to the students. Almost 60% of students got placed every year

The college has it's placement cell and many companies visit the campus also. One can apply for the same by writing an e-mail to the cell. Internships are provided as per the eligibility criteria. I know this only as I won't look for an internship after my graduation.

Highly qualified and experienced teachers are in this college for the stream. I won't say that all of them are equally helpful and kind to us but yes, Our physics lab staff is also good. faculty-student ratio (including all the professors and lab assistants) is 1:4 and it is appropriate.

Yes, we have a placement cell in our college and it provides placements for students of all semesters. Except for this, I have no idea about it as I am not going to look for any placement job after my graduation.

Students are eligible for placements from 5th semester. KPMG, EY, Decathlon and many other companies visited the campus for placements. Average package is between 3 - 3.5 LPA. A good percentage of students get placed because a many companies visit every year for placements.
