Faculty is very helpful and also very cooperative and they help in problem solving easily without any issues, teacher are also very good in teaching and problem solving and also they guide well to the students
Placement cell is also good. you will get some opportunities here. many open college doesn't provide job opportunities but here you will get.
Best way of giving opportunities who can't afford to go expensive college
Dislikes
No scholarships were provided by the campus and no financial assistance job i got on the campus with a stupid and no replacement in the college.
Thinks i dislike about the college was staff was not that good.
Infrastructure of this college is very bad for example , toilet is very dirty.

I chose SOL(school of open Learning because I scored less. Due to which I wasn't able to get admission into regular College. (I actually opted for Maths Hons in DU. But I saw that SOL have started their migration process and students could now migrate into normal college. So I thought God gave me another chance to be into Regular College with the course I wanted to opt. Which is Bcom Hons. So that's why I opted for SOL.
Haven't heard of campus placements here as for now. I'm currently on my second semester pursuing Political Science Hons and I hardly think there would be jobs available immediately after.
From 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements. But no company visits this college, students themself have to apply in companies. Even I had chosen some companies in which I am going to apply after my course completion.
This university is quite famous. Many students took addmission in it for good marks.Students don't need to go the campus daily, they can do work instead. The School of Open Learning (SOL) was established as a constituent college of the University of Delhi in 1962 and is a pioneer in the field of distance education in India. It is one of the largest educational institutions in India, with around 5 lakh students. Approx 1.5 lakh students are enrolled every year.
Bcz this I was new to English literature so I thought why not take your time to pursue in new career path. Before this, that is. Back in school I was a medical student and was preparing for AIIMS medical exam. I passed the exam but was qualified enough to join AIIMS-Delhi.
I don't have time, I want to go to other side of my life nd I also don't have enough money to take admission in that, that's why I choose this college and took admission in it, but I made many friends and they are very good
I choose this university So that I can also pursue CA with this abs also the campus looks absolutely AMAZING. Nearly everyone will tell you this. The lawns are maintained like golf courses, landscapers are constantly working to beautify the campus. The newer buildings are nothing short of a work of art, the older buildings are well maintained and the interiors have been renovated. Visitors and prospective students are always commenting on how "beautiful" and "spotless" the campus is.
School of Open Learning is a very good option for the students pursuing professional courses like CA, CS, CMA etc. Regular college becomes hectic to manage with studies. You don't have to visit the college personally except for study material and of course the exams.
I'm interested in BA(hons) as distance education. I'm from moradabad Uttar Pradesh, I just wanted to ask that can they provide me examination centre wherever I want? May be it can create trouble if they will provide centre by their own. So please tell me
