Faculty,our college faculty was very good ,all teacher are very supportive. encourage student to do study with extra curricular activities
Sbsc provides one of the best placements in delhi university with known companies such as deloitte tcs and others
The fee structure for a family who has parents having mid-range salaries is pretty great, compared to private universities, the fee structure is amazing, and there are several scholarship opportunities for students from all courses.

Dislikes

Faculty in truth is not that great they are not making that much effort in teaching us, especially our accounts teacher is awfully bad at teaching.
The class size is quite huge with poor student teacher ratio
Course curriculum was very hard because we have to learn new subjects vac, sec, and aec with my core subjects.

The college is pretty big and is good for studies
There is good faculty for all the subjects
The teachers are very helpful and the batches are small

There is problem of attendence in this college

There is a placement cell in this college which connects u to the companies and helps u in placement the placement cell is pretty active the average package is 5 lakhs and the highest package was 22 lakhs

My college experience

Likes

I liked the crowd of my college as they are open minded and friendly and do not care or judge a person
The commerce faculty is good and keep the class lively by making cracking jokes here and there
The college is still developing so the infrastructure keeps getting better

Dislikes

The attendance criteria of this college is very harsh, almost similar to a school
The students cant pursue there other tasks as its very tedious to keep up with the attendance
The location is kinda dirty and the area is cramp so there is too much traffic overall

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd year and the companies that visit our campus are deloitte,kpmg india, kpmg global and pwc india, the highest package offered was 22.5lpa and the average package is 6lpa and around 85% students are usually getting placed, my plans after this degree is to pursue mba abroad

The placement opportunities are very good with companies such as Delloite, RSM and DE Shaw coming to hire students, and the package also being very attractive and with the companies being very reputed, i would say that the placement state of the college is very good.

infrastructure of the college is good. property is properly maintained and is not damaged
classroom are clean and proper ventilation is there and the size of classroom is large and have windows through which natural air comes and the teaching style of teachers are good
sports room and ground are excellent and one can play many sports like football, cricket, volleyball , basketball, and indoor game as well like chess ,table tennis

Dislikes

no auditorium in college so events have to be performed in open irrespective of rain
no fest in our college as our principal does not for that

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum has now changed as now the new education policy is there which is very good now as of earlier one as nep is very helpful and the exams take place 2 times a year for which the semester is divided into 2 semesters so very hefty time is there in order to complete the preparation

The campus area is full of greenery and trees
The Campus have a lot of fresh cool drinking water everywhere
The Campus has a great teaching faculty overall

Dislikes

Some of the blocks of the class room are very bad condition
The field of our college is little small as compared to many north campus colleges
There is no fest organised in our college

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year we can do internships and from 3rd we are eligible for campus placement, some of the companies are Wipro, Gt, TCS , which offers around 3-7 lakh/annum and the highest package was of 21lakh from our college, around 200-300 students gets placed every year. My plans are different because I want to due civil services as my passion

Real and truth about a normal class college life

Likes

There are some lecturers are who can too much polite to you and they will assist how to improve with our syllabus
Campus life is quite enjoyable everyone is approchable
Friends you can make friends so easily doesn’t matter you’re from corresponds or regular

Dislikes

They need to improve there sitting arrangements
Canteen is totally messed up they will give you hog yellow water instead of dal
Infrastructure is quite good but there are some lacking issues about learning facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

For real i have to say I didn't understand almost anything in class and i cant raise my hand for any doubts in between of 100 students they have to improve their whole system in timing of exams everyone will prepare from KING PASSPORT a typical preparation

My college experience

Likes

Teacher are very help full and frank. And make every topic easy to understand . There is no need to take any extra Tution or online classes for the pursuing course
The infrastructure of college is quite good as a government institution. There is typical du vibe in the college. The college has good reputation in the hole Delhi university
College has 6 computer lab. 5 seminar halls. 1 cafeteria. 2 girls common room. 1 indoor game room. 1 basketball court. 1 tennis court. And also college have lots of society for students and so that they can improve thier personality

Dislikes

The local area where college are located is quite bad because there is less amount of pg and rooms and very less amount of café and restaurants
The administration of college is very rude towards the students don’t know why. The administration also not very helpful for students
The college administration does not host any fest or programs. so if any students who think that they can enjoy fest or something please don’t recommend this college

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement cell in the college that offers good type of jobs in field of sale, marketing, finance You have to score atleast 6.5 cgpa so that you can pass the eligibility criteria My plan is i am preparing for ssc cgl exam because i want field job not an office job

As I am from commerce stream from school , so then I do have options of course like bcom , bcom hons , bba . So I have an interest in bcom hons , that' the main for me to take bcom hons as my subject.

SBSC - The SRCC OF SOUTH

The overall experience was amazing... Even, you can consider SBSC in your top choices, if you're going to pursue Bcom hons / programme, Ba English / Geography / economics / political science... The aura of college for respective courses is too good.
Now, come to the societies and clubs.. the societies of the college are ofcourse not the best but they're too good. The societies of the Sbsc are the most active societies in overall DU. most of the time, you'll see that there is something happening.
Faculty of the college. They're too supportive, even the teachers are too good, we can share anything with most of them & the big pros. is that's the PLACEMENT CELL is quite amazing, if you're a commercian, than you can expect a quite good package..

Dislikes

First thing is, the college is not too big as generally people make the perceptions in their mind. Because most of the colleges are not as big as compare to IIT's IIM's .. Yes, and that's the truth, even all DU colleges have not an enormous campus...
Second thing is, the college has not their own Auditorium... They've to go somewhere if they want to organise a big conference or something like that ...& That's a big minus point regarding the NIRF rankings, that's why generally we don't see the
Sbsc even in top 20 of DU, but it is ... The third thing is, the college isn't in main south campus, so yes, you can't get the same vibe as compare to North Campus, but yes, there's one more College beside to SBSC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course of BA program is not quite amazing and good. But yes we can say that This college can provide you with the best regarding the BA program in the overall South campus. There are certain types of combinations in which you can secure your admission.

Likes

The faculty here is genuinely very supportive and they are the masters of their subject
Various extra curricular activities and societies operate in the college.
Other than studies various opportunities are provided like internships.

Dislikes

The curriculum is very theoretical and nit practical. You just have to memorize everything.
Sometimes due to excessive number of subjects, you cannot focus on the main subjects
Teachers and the principal does not promote the activity of students going for extra curricular activities like theatre, dance, music

Placement Experience:

The placement record of my college is quite good. Last year around 150 students got place with a highest package of 20lpa. Various companies like Deloitte, Byjus, Leverage Edu come in for the placement and take students from various course

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies(SSCBS) is a well-known college for business studies. The college offers various advanced courses such as management studies, cybersecurity, and computer science.

Courses:

The college offers eight courses related to business management, marketing, and science streams.
These include BMS, BBA, Fintech, PGDCSL, Digital Marketing, National Stock Exchange Certified Capital Market professional, Data Analytics for Business, and B.Sc(computer science).

Eligibility:
