Students are eligible for internships from the very first semester whereas having a placement with at least a bachelor's degree or graduation is a prerequisite. Highest package - 5lpa average package - 3.6 lpa. ICICI, Zomato, India skill capital, growth arrow etc 65% students get placement on an average. My plan after getting my bachelor's degree is to do masters from a good institute.

The course curriculum is very interesting and difficult as well. Biochemists are in high demand nowadays and this course includes almost every paper which will be required for further studies. Biochemistry has a good scope abroad. Many seniors of mine have gotten 100% scholarships for their higher studies in countries like Germany. I chose this course because of my keen interest in biosciences and research and I believe that it was a very wise decision to choose biochemistry out of all the other related fields. Faculty to student ratio is 2:20. Also the faculty I highly qualified. All of them have done PhD as well as post-doctorate from renowned universities and they are very helpful. They always try to instil scientific aptitude in us and motivate us to do better. They teach in such a way that everything we study can apply practically around us. Exams take place every semester. There is a total of 6 semesters and each semester is of 4 months. Exams were moderately difficult to pass

B.Sc. Life Sciences is a regular program course where we studied chemistry, botany, and zoology. I choose this program because it has great exposure to all the fields related to the natural sciences after pursuing this course you may opt for any field related to natural sciences for your further studies. The department consists of different faculties related to each paper. Around 10 faculties are available for the 60-plus strength of the student. Each faculty members are Net JRF qualified with teaching experience of 5+ years. The faculty of Botany and Zoology has professors with more than 20+ years of experience. Classes are conducted in offline mode where teachers conduct a weekly test to evaluate the students. Semester exams are taken twice a year, exams are conducted by the University of Delhi and evaluated by the faculties of different departments. Along with the semester exam, 2 Internal exams are conducted which consist of Internal tests and an assignment.

In Shivaji College DU students of all years are eligible and can get jobs according to their skills and experience. In college, the companies like TATA, SUZUKI, and other techno companies are there for campus placements Students are getting jobs are very high if they are well-skilled and experienced and if someone wants jobs to have to very qualified. I want to pursue a Master's degree after my college degree is completed, also want to get jobs in technical sectors.

Placements are available through the placement cell, but not for all the courses. Those who don't get placed, mostly go on for higher studies or preparation for jobs. I plan to go to UPSC after graduation because I am not interested in the corporate sector at all.

I have chosen this course because I have to read a mix of subjects history pol science, environmental science, etc that's why I have taken a BA program stream at Shivaji college. A faculty member of the college is good and the teacher is helpful to students at any time. There are 250 students in my course. The teaching method is a good nice bunch of curriculum along with generic elective courses for enhancing our knowledge in different fields. Faculty members specialize in the different subjects through continuous classrooms. The exam is very easy exam is conducted semester-wise.

I choose the BA programme as I wanted to be a civil servant and these subjects will help me in achieving my goal. The faculty of the college is well qualified and really helpful who are always ready to help students will all the knowledge they possess.

This course was a good option for me to get knowledge on both the subjects that i have interest in. The students in this course are very friendly and the faculty is very supporting too. The teachers are well educated and qualified enough. The exams were good and I believe that I will definitely pass out with flying colours.

I choose BSc math honors because I have an interest in math but it doesn't go well because I have studied too much in my schools so math feels boring. There is an assistant professor who teaches you in class but they teach very well as they are always available for your doubts as well as they cover every topic. They generally take two papers excluding semester exams and the best of two included in internals. Internal and semester exam are so easy and you can perform well by studying a few weeks before the exam credit goes to teacher as they teach very well so you don't have to study more and more to understand topics

Better scope in the subject. Faculty: students are around 25:75 Qualification of teachers is awesome all are well qualified with PhD from a recognised university. The teaching method is not satisfactory and can improved Exams are held after each sem of around 5 months. You can pass the exam with little hard work as the course had labs to score well.
