National Insurance Academy maintain a record of 100% placement since inception even this year the tradition is maintained by Academy. This year the highest package offered was 22 lpa and average is 12.5 lpac. Campus placement is Excellent of NIA Pune. Each and every student got placed from our senior batch that is of 22-24 batch. Not only students get employment through Campus placement but they also get employment through pre placement offers provided by the company in which they have completed their internship. For being eligible to sit in the campus placement you should clear you 1st year with no backlogs and then you will be allowed to sit in the campus placement process. The companies are segregated on the days basis depending upon the package they offers to the students. 100% students get placed every year.

Some companies of IT sector will also offer placement offers like COGNIZANT, ACCENTURE etc for analyst roles Average package is 13lakhs , highest package is 25 lakhs & lowest package is 9 lakhs Most of the companies offer PPOs during SIP ( summer internship programme)process

There is 100 percent placement since inception,one gets eligible for the placement after the first year .Everyone gets summer internship placement in the first year and many convert Pre placement offers from the company.

Since inception our institute is providing 100% placement. We are the batch of 147 till now 139 is already placed for summer internship program. Institute are approaching other companies for remaining students. Placement committee is working hard for the placement of each and everyone
