I got admission in JIS College of Engineering , course B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. My All India rank in AIEEE was 50000 by which I got admitted. I opted for this college because previous years campus placement record was good and the college was not so far from my home.

WBJEE, According to rank of WBJEE, get the chance to admit into the college. There are different streams. You may also admit using management quota.

I think college management used to populate the college by advertising but it was not worth decision as I feel placement is important and we study these expensive courses for placement.

WBJEEE. Secured Rank 14446. I was very disappointed with my score but finally chose to opt for the engineering course with ECE stream as I often heard the rumour that ECE is the trending stream with high placements offered by companies. I had selected this college merely because its brochure cover picture seemed attractive with a bigger campus than its counterparts.

It is a college situated far away from Kolkata so no one should ever expect frequent job opportunities like colleges of kolkata.But in terms of teaching quality & infrastructure it is quite good.Now its upto you.

WBJEE is my entrance examination. This is the common entrance exam for all science student in West Bengal.

Collage management is not that good. They are focusing on money only.

Management was a bit liberal.but some stupid and strict rules were there for library.Teachers and HOD's were really supportive and friendly. canteen facility were good. Easy local Train routes.

I can't say any bad remarks for my college. We didn't have experienced it at all.

After passing 12 class with science i joined engineering coaching classes to get admission in engineering college and after getting good score .I took admission in jis college in computer science and engineering.
