The fees structure of delhi university is very simple we have to pay fees semester wise and delhi university fees is also very low .so that's the part i really liked about delhi university .yes delhi university provides scholarship also.
They are very well experienced and most are phd holders, even the guest lecturers are so talented and inspiring and have a way to handle the students.
Last but not the least i liked the infrastructure too..the new building is just awesome. it is the best building among all the colleges.

Dislikes

The benches in the classroom is bad. the white board is also not good
The entrance exam was good but the normalisation process was very disappointed which was for no reason and the biggest game player was obviously the reservation quota(sc/st/obc).
Some teachers are very bad in teaching and they does not focus on student

Good connect in campus

Likes

Teachers they way the teach and really helpfull
College auditorium it was good and mordant tooo
Plants they have too many garden and they take care of ever plans

Dislikes

Boy common room and and there were only college staff they stay there student cant uaed it
Canteen was too bad there food is old and they dong have new things
There are nothing toilets are too smelly and they dont clean it

The teaching method was so good and the way teachers help everyone and they tried to solve every query and my personal experience was really good with the teachers. They use modern technique to teach student and I have multiple times asked for one question and they didn't deny me, and they always try to help me. They were really kind, and they use the modern technique to study.

I like there fests also and there auditorium too.

So I first I took admission in BA program but due to some documents issues I had to take admission in BA Hons urdu but it's fine . The teacher of Zakir Hussain college is also amazing if you want their help they are always there for you .

Campus Size is huge. Facilities are available like library, computer lab etc.
Many societies for the skill development and growth opportunities
Faculty is helpful and approachable. Gives attention to students

Dislikes

Low maintenance. Classrooms lack cleanliness. Walls are torn
Water logging. Bad drainage system makes it hard during monsoons
Ground is closed. No sport activities held in ground

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 5th semester which is the beginning of the 3rd year. Placements are average ranging from 300000 pa to 500000 pa. Highest package goes to 2500000 pa. 70% students get placed which is a good percentage. Many top recruiters like ICIC bank, Max life insurance etc. have come to offer placements in campus.

Review on Zakir Husain Delhi College

Likes

The faculty of the college is extremely knowledgeable and is experienced. The teachers as well as the students in the college are from across India.
The societies are a must explore in the college. The Indian music, Western Music, Indian Dance and Western Dance
The college has a vibrant environment and allows us to gain experience, learn and make networks.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is a little old owing to the fact that the college is the oldest college of the Delhi University
However the new building of the college is due to open soon as the construction is now over.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course can be made more practical based for the students, for which a new option of internships has also been introduced by the college in order to provide the students with more hands on experience. The curriculum is updated and the topics and materials are extremely helpful in creating a strong foundation for the children.

The oldest college in Delhi University

Likes

The teachers are very good in the way of teaching
The college has a good rank in the delhi university ranking and its the oldest college in DU
Its canteen is very good the price are lower and the quality is also good

Dislikes

The old building is getting worse and dont know when will the building open
It has a very big problem of water the water is not cool

I chose this course because I am from the commerce stream and I love to learn subjects like accountancy, business studies, and economics. The area of improvement should be in the teaching of accountancy, I prefer to use software for doing accounting instead of doing it on paper because in the future when we go to the MNCs to work so we will have to do accounting on software like tally and excel and not on paper sheets. We have semester-wise exams and we have 3 core subjects and thier difficulty level is moderate according to the college level.

ZHDC BLESSING IN DISGUISE

I did like the Canteens food quality. It was worth.
One thing I liked the most is their teaching style. They cleared every single thing.
Last but not the least I liked the infrastructure too..The new building is just awesome. It is the best building among all the colleges.

Dislikes

Umm...I think campus is so small to explore it..
Some of the teachers are not so co-operative.

Placement Experience:

I think from the 2nd year, u are eligible for campus placements. I don't remember the company's visited in our college. I think the highest package was around Rs. 400000 per year for freshers and the average package was around Rs. 250000 per year.

As compared to the other colleges of Delhi University Zakir Hussain college is the only college where you find students from every diverse culture the diversity around here in the campus of Zakir Hussain is insane I don't think that it can be compare
The environment inside the college campus is really amazing its full of greenery well maintained the despite the fact it is one of the most oldest colleges of Delhi University just of maintaining the college environment day are really amazing they ha
The location of this college is the prime factor which is at the Central Delhi it connects various other places of Delhi areas such as old Delhi of Chandni chowk chawri bazar and also they could not place which is the main area of centre of Delhi and

It's a good college but the administration don't look up to the inside of the classroom the environment of the classrooms they check only once a year not every after 6 months 4 months or 2 months I think they should be the most priority to solve the
The college boundaries are not well maintained because there are many small slum area beside the college and since there is no boundary people through their home garbage in this college campus which is very offers situation for students anyone the lo

Zakir Husain- where dreams comes to reality

Likes

The college campus provide emasculate opportunities for extra curricular activities and events.
The student crowd was welcoming and they actively introduced their peers with new extra curricular opportunities and academic opportunities.
The teaching faculty was active and genuinely cared about the students and provided rightful guidance for academic field.

Dislikes

The hygiene factor could be improved and availability of period products
Classroom could have been provided with enough ventilation and proper working fans.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course was somewhat overlapped and helped me gain insight of both of the papers and use them in real life setting. Studying psychology and Hrm was a good decision and considering how both these subject are correlated made me choose it. Both these paper helps one understand how situations, past experiences and interaction influence an individual in several arenas and also their decision making skills.

As much as I could gather information about Zakir Husain Delhi College DU from some of my friends, everyone gives almost similar responses and reviews about the college.

In terms of infrastructure, the college has a chance to compete with the prestigious and leading colleges out there. The campus includes Wi-Fi, a magnificent green space, inspiring classrooms, elevators for those with disabilities, a canteen with an affordable menu, a mother dairy, and practice-friendly labs.

The professors are incredibly helpful for both personal and professional matters.

In today’s world, online education may be difficult, but they have adapted successfully. They are also excellent with offline material.
