Ramanujan College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

When I got admission to the college at that time placement cell is like invisible very rare people knows about placement cell becoz at that time the cell is very inactive bt during the online period placement cell started bringing as many companion as possible. My companies like KPMG, E&Y, BYJU'S etc recruit students from the campus. There are many internship opportunities for 1 years students as well. Highest package is 10,00,000 BYJUS and average is 400000 around. Around 20% students of college is getting placed.

In the 5th semester itself, students become eligible to sit for campus placement. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Decathalon and other reputed companies often visited our college for campus placement. Around 70% of students got placements that provide them around 4 lakh per annum. However, the enrollment to the placement depends upon your skill, ability, and your academic background. In the year 2021, I got the degree and currently preparing for my skill.

From the 4th semester, students are eligible for placement. Our college has all the big four and companies like Microsoft, tata, Larsen and turbo. The highest package is 45LPA from Microsoft as a software developer and the average package is 4.5 LPA. Most of the profiles offered are related to commerce-related fields

From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. About 60-65% of the students got placements in 2020. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Decathlon, Amazon, ICICI, TCS, Yes Bank, Wipro, Microsoft, KPMG and Tech Mahindra. College placement serves as an outstanding platform for the students to gain specific skills related to their subject of choice or domain to stay ahead of the competition by providing them with live projects, internships that provides adequate corporate exposure.

I choose BSc computer science because the overall academic and environment of DU are just awesome and CS is my favorite subject of all the other subjects. There are enough teachers on the no of students, and each student is assigned a mentor so he/she can consult anything to him anytime, Many teachers are Ph.D. and MTech qualified. The exams and tests are taken on a regular basis and the difficulty level is average and anyone can pass them easily.

The Placement Cell of our college is really good. It provides endless internship opportunities in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Operations, Human resource, etc. It helps the students to enroll in different organizations to increase their knowledge and skills. The opportunities are provided to all students including freshers. The highest package was between Rs. 5 to 6 lakhs. A lot of students get placements through college.

I chose b.com(hons.) because I like accounts and it has good career options. Faculty student ratio was 10:1. Almost faculty is having phd degree and teaching method is good as they teach by interacting with the students Exams are semester wise, 2 semester per year. No difficulty to pass the exam. Exams are neither too difficult nor too easy.

As soon as the student enters the third or final year of study they become eligible for placement. A lot of companies visited the college including the big four, Zomato, Alankit, xceedance, Byju's, planetspark, udday and much more.

Talking about the good aspects about the college. Ramanujan college's was at the 61th position last year 2020 and it has improved to 53rd in 2021 in NIRF india rank The faculty is very good all the teachers are very cooperative and very intelligent also college do provide of every possible opportunity to growDrawback of this college is that it is established in 1958 as Deshbandhu evenings college and in 2010 it turns to the Ramanujan college so logically this college is new so the placement is not very good otherwise this is one of the best college of Delhi university

There is a placement cell in our college which is very active. The members manage to get some of the top companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Genpact, Amazon, Wipro on campus for recruitment. The average package offered during campus placements is around 3-4 Lakhs. The highest can go up to 6 Lakhs.
