VIPS Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college had a great placement procedure. They have a placement cell which is headed by teachers and students as well who help other students to enroll for different placements. There are multiple companies that come to this college and the placement percentage is also high, like about 90%.

The main reason for me was to satisfy the criteria for being a legal advisor and I am particularly keen about learning economics. Teacher to student ratio is 1:60 and the faculty are well versed with their respective subjects despite being online classes,the first semester exam were really easy infact most of it was from class 12th

The college placements are quite impressive. Students from 5th semester become eligible for campus placement. The companies visited are amazon, Godrej, oracle, decathlon, Axis consultant etc. The highest package goes around 7-8 lakh per annum and average is 4-5 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting the placement are 70%. My plans are that after the degree, I'll take some years of experience in a company and then go for MBA from good college so that my experience will also help in taking the job.

One of my reasons for choosing VIPS over MAIMS was of placement oppurtunity. According to seniors vips perfroms excellently well for placing its students in well established companies.From 5th semester onwards students becomes eligible for job oppurtunities but college does not promise anything for 1st and 2nd yera students. some of the best companies such as Deloitte, Infosys,ICICI bank, Oracle etc visit the campus and even the placement cell helps students to perform well in their recruitment process.On an average 85-90% students get placed in well known companies with average package of 3-5 lacs. I will try my best to avail the oppurtunity provided by vips for job.

Students become eligible for campus placements in 5th semester, there is nothing placement cells offer to 1st year students but there are variety of paid internships, tasks that placement cell offers for 2nd year students. As of I have been notified by our teachers and seniors many reputed companies like Deloitte, E&Y, DELL, Infosys ,etc., come for campus placements and as of past records 85-90% of the students get placed with an average package of 3-6 lakhs per annum. I have heard that the highest package that have been is of 9 lakhs p.a from our college. I would also try for campus placements after getting the degree , but I may go direct for my master's in economics as well.

As per my knowledge, the students are eligible after the 4th semester for campus placements. That is after the second year. Currently, I am in my second year so I don't know all the companies that visited our college, but some of them are:- 1) C-Vent 2) Accenture 3) WIPRO 4) Amazon 5) Oracle Talking about the highest package that was offered was 6,75,000 per annum and the average package offered every year is 3,72,000. Talking about the percentage of students getting placements is good it is approx 85% That students get placements in VIPS. My Plan After getting a degree is to do further studies out of India and after that a job in the known company.

Since this course i.e. B.A. (hons) Economics was commenced by the college in the year 2017, there is no official record of placements of economics students of VIPS but there have been seniors telling us about the same. As per them, recruiters from various companies like Infosys, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Oracle, and many more such reputed organisations, visit the campus every year. Almost around 90% of students get placed every year and the average package offered was 3-5lacs per annum.

Students of final year are eligible for the campus placement. There are a number of companies that visit our campus for placement like Oracle, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank, Pepsi, etc. The average package offered is 5 lakh per annum. About 90% of the students get placed during the campus placement. I am planning my master after the placement.

Some students from our college get 10 lakh Rs+ packages every year. The average packages are around 3-4 lakh Rs. Campus placements are around 80%. Companies that visit our college are Tommy Hilfiger, Amazon, RBS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, HDFC bank, Deloitte, SAP labs etc.

As of now, there haven't been any placements as the course commenced recently. As per the previous record, the placements seem to be good which is one of the reasons why I enrolled in this institute. The highest package as per the DSB website has been 22.27 Lakhs CTC and the lowest 7.3 Lakhs CTC.
