- The new academic block has good facilities and equipments, suitable for the students and teachers.
- Library facilities are better for the reading environment and to study
- The club events and hackathons that takes place in college are very much enjoyable and learning of very new things in them
Dislikes
- The food given in the hostels are pretty much worse than the food we get outside. It needs to be improved.
- Some teachers doesn't have to approach to teach easily to students. They don't make it understandable to us.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the college is normal not too good and not too bad type. Sometimes the subjects might feel hectic otherwise it would be good. The real world applications are very important,the better we learn, we can apply them in real life more easily. The timing interval between exams is not there.A continuous week examination will take place one exam everyday
Internships Opportunities
Mainly the companies that come to the college are of the IT domain, and software development engineer, the stipend is around 20-40k. The companies are Microsoft, texus and Accenture,JPMC, Wells Fargo and many other companies
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are eligible for the campus placements during the summer holidays for the final everyone should perform a compulsory internship at a company or a vocational training with credits of 2. Many companies visit our college, the texus instruments , Microsoft, ICICI bank and many other well known companies visit for placement. The highest package will be around 60-70 lakh every year the values may change. Around 75-80% of the students in our branch will get placed. I plan to work in core mainly embedded systems after my degree
Fees and Financial Aid
The semester fee policy is is 13800 for Caste. For income less the 5 lakh, 1/3rd fo the fee is paid and greater than 5 lakh income people have to pay the full amount Full amount fee is around 74k per semester. Many scholarships r available for the students, National scholarship scheme and many other schemes are there for students.
Campus Life
The campus will be good, we have to endure the bad things also. The hot weather during Summers. The club activities are very good and have a learning environment. The college festivels that are annual are Aarohan[The technical fest]and Recstacy [The technical fest]. The college have a gym
Admission
The rank cuttoff decides the eligibility of the rank in a college for a particular branch. After getting a alloted to a college with the Josaa allotment. We will receive the college mail for the admission and the details to fill and documents to provide fornthe admission. The exams frequency should be decreased by indulging a day gap before the next exam so the students can prepare well and perform better in the exams
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is around 50:6 it seems pretty much okay, we can approach the teachers of our department easily when we have a doubt. Many teachers in our department have doctorate and others PHD and M.Tech Degrees. Many teachers are easily approachable with our doubts about teaching and for guidance . We normally have a interaction whenever a chapter is completed and we ask our doubts to them about the topics and we even can approach them during our laboratory class of that particular subjects as it the experimentations of the topics in the subject
