Fees and Financial Aid
I am a student of nit Durgapur civil engineering department and think it is very professional course professors learn about every topic very carefully and they teach us all laboratory experiments about civil engineering.
Campus Life
Library The library has a large collection of electronic resources and print and online journals. It also has audio-visual equipment, and a library software package called LIBSYS-4. Hostels There are seven hostels for boys and two for girls. Each hostel has a mess, volleyball and badminton courts, and indoor games like table tennis and carom boards. Sports facilities The institute has a central play field called The Oval, which has an athletic track and is used for major matches and tournaments. There is also another ground called The Lords, which is used for sports and other activities. Other sports facilities include volleyball, cricket, basketball, tennis, and badminton courts. Accessibility The institute has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Some say that the campus has natural beauty and that the hostels maintain discipline. Others say that the buildings are old and need to be remodeled
Admission
After cracking joint entrance examination I was able to allocate a seat in nit Durgapur.There are too many counseling and I have allocated my seat by josaa counseling.It was a 9 th phase counseling and here we can choose our college preference choice filling and according to it I will get a seat allocation in NIT Durgapur
Faculty
Courses NIT Durgapur offers a variety of courses, including BTech, MTech, MSc, MCA, MBA, and Ph.D. programs. The flagship course is BTech. Entrance exams The entrance exams accepted by NIT Durgapur include JEE Main, GATE, CAT, and CCMT. The entrance exam score is the basis for admission to most courses. For example, the JEE Main rank is required for BTech, GATE for M.Tech, and IIT JAM for MSc. Curriculum The first and second semesters are common for all engineering branches and the 5-year Integrated Chemistry program. Some courses are grouped for interchange between the first and second semesters. Disciplines NIT Durgapur offers a wide range of disciplines for graduation and post-graduation in engineering. It also offers M.Sc on core science subjects like Physics, Math, and Chemistry.
Night Life
At night food delivery are available and with hostel restrictions we can go out of hostel we can eat food and for sports we can play anything at night we can do night walk ...gym open at 5 pm and we can enjoy the campus life at night
