DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements of this college is quiet good as compared to some of NIT's of the same level like NIT kkr it NIRF ranking is also good. Its placements are also good in Electrical engineering average package is of 13 lakhs and highest package is 50 lakhs and overall average package of college is above 10 lakhs

For on campus placement the process begins at the starting of 7th semester, where companies of tech , non tech and core comes, Most of the companies are hire for tech jobs for example Google, microsoft, amazon, Salesforce, atlassain , etc The highest package this year is around 82 lakhs given by atlassain amd average packege for CSE is around 20 lakhs . Since the batch size in quite large , the placement percentage is on the lower side like 50-60 percent, But for CSE , IT,SE,MNC the placement percentage is around 80 percent

from 7th semester the students are eligible for placements highest package in 2024 was 85 lpa and in 2023 it was around 1.06 cr and in 2022 it was around 1.8cr and there are many companies including Amazon ,flipkart ,google etc

At DTU, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester.TOP companies like Google , Microsoft, Amazon , Atlassian and Deloitte visit the campus. The highest packages touch above 1cr+, with an average around 15-20lpa for CSE. Most Students (90%+ in top branches) get placed. After my degree, I plan to pursue a tech role in software development.

7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Nearly all big MNCs visit like Google amazon meta apple netflix JP Morgan Deloitte Highest goes around 1cr. Avg comes around 19 lpa. In cs branches the % is as high as 80% For ee/ep it's around 50/60% I plan for foreign masters

Student become eligible from 8 semester for campus placement. Many big companies has visited like google, amazon, accenture, and many other the total no of offered made is thousand 8 hundred something.

The placements of my college are pretty decent decent, but they are very diverse.Depending upon the branch and course, people are doing. Specifically, in my course of civil engineering, the placements are not very appealing.However, students tend to apply for off campus placements.Since the college has a very strong reputation and a very nice brand name. The core placements have a very low number in average terms.Since many few people that I have seen tend to go for core jobs.Since today, everyone is trying to get a tech job in IT sector . So many students from these lower branches try to sit for tech placements.In order to get a job there, since it offers better security and better opportunities and more flexibility than other core jobs.

Student become eligible for campus placements after 3rd year. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Myntra, Oracle, Adobe, etc. come for placement on my college campus. Highest pakage was 85 lakhs and average pakage was 17 lakhs. Around 70% of the students get placed.

From 7th semester students are eligible for placements , placement stats are top notch And if someone doesn't get on campus job , there's high chance they get a quite decent job even off campus due to the brand name of the college Companies like atlassian amazon microsoft are top companies with highestCTc being 85lpa offered to multiple students Average package is 20lpa And 60-70% students gets placed overall My plans after the degree are to pursue higher studies of continue my corporate job or even start a business due to the college's great alumni network

The placement of the civil engineering department is quite decent if you talk about the average package in the average package is around 9.8 lakh per annum and the top recruiters are DMRC and Aditya Birla group and many more and most of the internship opportunities are provided by the DMRC and highest packages around 27 lacs and the percentage of students were getting place is around 65% to 70%.This is decent in view of the core branches.
