DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement is good in our college , maximum every student get placed in DTU , but if someone get not placed unemployed after graduation he can get outside placement after the graduation, very few students have to face struggle

At DTU, placements may start from final year but placements are good. The main reason is almuni network as it has grown so rapidly in last few years. The kind of practical approach that our college has jobs are always available be in on campus or off campus.

from end 6th semester companies start coming to our college and placing students around 200-250 companies visit our college every year for placements varying from different roles and and different branches last year 82lpa was the highest package in my college around 70% students get placed every year ill get a job and start working

For M.Tech students our college allow 12 Month intern and companies will start visiting for this from the month of October itself and some companies also offer full time offer. These include companies like Striker, Siemens EDA, NXP Semiconductors, Intel etc. These companies generally offer stypend of around 40-60K and Symens EDA offered full time offer. At the end of the 2nd year almost 90% of the batch is placed and average is around 14 and median around 13.

Student at my college become eleigibe for placement in 7th semester onwards ..Companies that come in our college include:- 1)TCS 2)INFOSYS 3)WIPRO 4)ACCENTURE 5)COGNIZANT 6)CAPGEMINI etc.... around 50+ companies visited and 300+ offers were made Average package were 5 lpa and highest pacakge was 85 lpa

placemnts i my colledge are good and decent , hinestly one of the main rasons i decided to jin here . i talke dtoo many seiors beofere taking admision and they told me the placemnts cell is active and brings in a good numbers of companies . also cheking the offival stats and preicos year reports , i felt confident that i will have decent opportuinites after completoig the course . most of the major companies do coem fpr cs it and other core braches . the avg [package is okay around 14 -15 lpa even if somoone dosent get placed during placements by conneections hw or she can try off campus

students become eligible from 7th semester that is from 4th year. interships whereas start from 3rd year. major comapanies like apple amazon bain all visited the campus . almost 180+ companies visited the campus. highest package 85 lac from cse dept for swe role average package is around 15 lac. on average 70% students get placed my plan is to establish a business while in college and utilise the free time to learn more about the world.

The curriculum is upto the national standards as similar to other universities but it isn't as tough the marking is on an easier side have a chat with the professors they won't let you fail or score bad

The curriculum is very good in terms of preparation in job,startup and even more study. Bunks take place very often and the teachers are chill about it. You have ample time to study and find new other things to do.

from 6th semester we are eligilbe for placements and internships and company visited like evaluserve and bain and Co , highest package was 13lpa by sprinkler . for talking about the percentage of students getting placed is quite low this year in 2024 because of reccession and most of the students are placed off campus
