DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements in DTU are one of the attraction points for aspirants. Here, placements have been solid and impressive. For the 2024-25, there was an average placement package of around 15 LPA. From 3rd year, companies start coming to the campus for placements and internships. Various companies from tech to core and non-tech companies comes each year. Highest placement package given was 85 LPA given by Atlassian. In tech branches, around 70-80% students get placed.

Our college has MBA college as well and so many top companies like the Adani Group, NTPC and many such both government and private enterprises comes here for placements activities. Highest placements for economics hons from DTU has been of 24 lakhs so far.

The placement season are great Bigpool companies like PWC Misho Kpmg Jpmorgan has you know recently came for the campus drive and took students In the core department pic companies like Maruti Suzuki and Tata also come for hiring

DTU engineering graduate stands to shining placement lots of offer high packages strong company presence for MBA students at the main campus placement or decent average rupees 9 to 9.5 lpa top at rs.37 lpa note Elite but solid value for money at the east campus of MBA stream placements are improving but still tentative average around 5 to 6 LPA. with top spots around 12LPA. Career success hair often depends more on personal initiative skills and networking.

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

The college claims 100 % placement, but it didn't happen for our batch due to the 2024 job market crach driven by AI disruptions. Still, placement were decent those who stayed aware prepared throughout their journey managed to secure good packages.

Actually, Placements sceanrios are too good but sometimes, it depends on the nature of the market and PC (Placement Co-ordinators too), which contact directly with the companies to hire students from our colleges. If you didn't got the placements then, the college have one year policy, after your course till one year later. You can sit in the placements in the college.

My college placement is sooo good because Dtu is the top engineering college so that so many companies hire student from our college and give best package .From 7 semester student eligible for placement .More than 200 companies visits in our campus like Amazon, Microsoft , Google ,Intuit,Morgan Stanley ,Apple , Facebook ,Adobe ,Arcesium and many more . More than 90% students placed every year

As far as i know even in the time of recission we had a decent placement graph better than many other rival colleges and in my chemical branch i guess highest package was around 30 lpa which is a decent one.

6th semester student is eligible for internship and they can continue after completion of course or can do college with their placement, the highest package in 2025 passout is 80.4lpa. 85% student get placed. after getting degree i'm going to start my career in core
