IIFT Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students of 1st year sit for summer placements for internship roles at companies. While 2nd-year students sit for final placements in December. For the last couple of years, most students get PPOs from their intern companies themselves. The rest sit for final placements. The roles vary from Sales and Marketing to investment banking to analysts to operations roles. More than 100 companies participate in the placements. The median package is around 18 lakhs. And trade companies offer the highest. Companies like ITC, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan continue to hire candidates.

IIFT hosts some of the top companies from the corporate world for the placement process. Apart from a very select band of colleges, the recruiter list of IIFT is unrivalled. There are ample roles and profiles offered in the domains of Marketing, Finance, Trade, Operations as well as select roles in niche & upcoming domains like Product Management, Digital Marketing, Consulting & General Management. The average package for the final placements in 2020 was 20.48 lakhs with the highest international and domestic offers being 75 lakhs and 46.45 lakhs per annum. Barring a few students who have their own plans and opt-out of the placement process, there are 100% placements at IIFT Delhi.

IIFT boasts 100% campus placement, it invites over 103 companies for Summer internship processes. The highest stipend offer in the SIPs was 3.2 Lakh for two months and a median stipend of 1.7 Lakh. A total of 344 offers were made for a batch of 334, and 75% of the batch achieved a 6 figure stipend. The final placements host a number of regular recruiters, Fortune 500 companies and mega brand names.

The average summer stipend for 19-21 was 1.68 lac. There were 103 participating companies and 344 offers were made. The highest stipend was 3.2 Lac. The final placement of 19-21 is still ongoing. My plans after getting the degree are to join Tata Steel.

IIFT has one of the best placements in the country. It offers jobs across various domains ranging from Marketing, finance, consulting, trade, etc. The students are eligible for their first semester to sit for the summer placements whereas the senior students are eligible to sit for their final placements around their fifth semester. The average package for the final placements in 2020 was 20.48 LPA. IIFT has seen 100% placements every time. The highest international package for 2020 was 75 LPA. I wish to pursue a career in marketing after graduating from IIFT.

The placements are top notch with an average salary in excess of 20 lakhs per annum. Almost all top companies visit the campus and all students get placed in reputed companies during their summer and final placements.

The final placements start in the 5th trimester. There are around 100 companies visit for the final placements and around 170 offers are made. The average package is around 19lpa and various profiles like sales & marketing, finance, prodman, operations, consulting, analytics etc are offered. We have 100% placements.
