It's a beautiful campus and well reputed university and the teaching staff is great with good experience
Every faculty members are not perfect but mostly are enough good with teacher and student bonding mind-blowing i can praise every staff members as well professors whose role is shaping students future wow
The hostels are quite decent and the food quality is also good.

THE 2ND CONS WILL BE ABOUT THE CAMPUS. SMOKING IS BAN IN CAMPUS BUT SOME CANTEENS SELL IT ILLEGALY WHICH IS NOT GOOD. 2. SOME CASES OF RAGING ARE ALSO SHOWN TIME TO TIME
In Jamia there is so many courses but the management for all courses are not enough good. Administration should take action regarding all the courses. Nowadays in jamia the management is going slow down. I mean it not effective in favour of students.
I don't like to Cheers of my university,and there are lots of things which have no importance of using in jamia Millia Islamia University and there are lots of disturbance in reading hall of jamia

Campus , infrastructure of Jamia, diversities of students
I love that there is mosque for both girls and boys where we can perform namaz
Behaviour of teachers with students is excellent they are supportive

Dislikes

Rule and regulations don't followed by all students
There is no regular class for us in a week but we want to go to college daily
Some time we feel that we are not enough studying that hurts a lot

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I was interested in writing articles and also liked to present my thoughts to the people. The faculty is good,there are 40 students in our class in which only 11 girls and 29 boys. The term examination are often timely .it is most probably easy for a student to pass out

Jamia life

Likes

Campus is eco friendly and we feel good to roam here .
Campus infrastructure is also very good and well mannered .

Dislikes

Some gates are not open on regular basis .

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is a well known course from Jamia and also a job oriented and professional course . There is a lot of facilities always present for students . The level of exam is not a date and held every 6 months

The Campus is quite good with a diverse environment to study in.
There is lush greenery all around the campus and with different birds in the campus.
The people are quite supportive and are ready to help you if there is any need.

Dislikes

There very less seats for the Hostel and hostel allotment process is hectic and very bad.
There are many political activitues going on and it hampers our study.
Even on minute minute things the college gets closed.

Placement Experience:

Students can sit in the placements during their 4th Semester and are eligible to apply for internships. Highest package offered was 4.5 lacs per annum while the number of students placed are quite good.

This is highly rated and practical course for journalism and mass communication. The teachers are highly educated , experienced and coporative. Exam use to happen timely accordingly to academic calendar designed by university administration

My Life at Jamia !

Campus academic environment is excellent there. You can't keep yourself out indulging in campus activities. Atmosphere are friendly and i assure you as being a Hindu student i never felt downgraded by our Muslim fellow.
If you are a non-Muslim student here than it is good place for you to learn a lot about Islamic culture.
For non-Muslim student, Jamia makes you perfectly secular. Shayari and sufi music, you can find at every nook and corner of jamia. Ramadan month are full of evening feast. And can celebrate also holi, dewali and other festivities.

Dislikes

What can disappoint you is that some students tradition religious mindset. They can't think beyond of that which ultimately leave no room for healthy debate.
Resistance for something new which are different from from Islamic culture.
1 months long exam schedule for ug courses.

Placement Experience:

After completing 5th sem. Students become eligible for placement. For this particular course, you can expect placement in mainstream Hindi media news channel like NEWS 18, ABP NEWS, ZEE, INDIA NEWS, IPAC and other PR firms or political consultants. Average annual package is 4,50000 - 6,00000. But again placement is not for everyone, it totally depends on your skillset. Approximately 50% student gets campus placement. After getting degree students are free to visit media institutions for employment and with some effort, you can get one suitable for you. One interesting thing is the jamia makes your public reach excellent so you earn here social capital also which helps a lot in getting a job.

Life at jamia

Likes

I mainly liked the campus physical environment as well as infrastructure of the campus.
Secondly there are internships which are very beneficial.
And for eating purposes there is availability of food at very minimum cost , and canteens are also available at minimal cost

Dislikes

Sports ground is available but the university students cant play there so it is very disappointed thing
There should be interview criteria for admission purposes
And mainly for fee of academic as well as hostel there should be option for online payments

I have interested in geography and also have to choose in my career options as a civils aspirants.. Mostly teachers are phd from central Universities as well net qualifiers but some teachers have good teaching skills but some are not gave their full potential Talking about exam so the exam criteria is well managed with sessionals as well as semester finals with strictness

The course is really good with practical orientated subject. The sex ratio of is student is not equal but it's still good. The faculty is very intellectual and highly experienced they are too friendly and cooperative

Culture environment, Social awareness, fest.
Infrastructure, easy availablity of bank.
Sport Complex and no redistricting, libraries and reading hall.

Dislikes

Shortage of a big auditorium for the fest or function.
Not access from all the gates only Maine gates are open and close of sub ordinary gates.
The allocation of examination control room from gate number 7.

Placement Experience:

Jamia have great campus placement. Like B.tech department have 100% placement. But I know about Diploma, its elegibility criteria is you should have 7.5 cgpa to seat in campus placement and average package is 2.5 marks per year. The highest placement is 5 lakhs for a mechanical Student. Companies like Microsoft, Wipro, TCS have Campus placement for our department. Almost 40% students got placement. I also trying to do my best for the campus placement.

The very first is that there is a big reading hall and library and there is environment of study.
The faculty is very passionate towards their work
The college campus is best and student behavior also good.

Dislikes

Thing I disliked include there is very less entertainment events
The maintenance is also average and facilities are not much
There is very less hostel and living outside cost much expensive

Placement Experience:

Placement eligibility is 5th sem. Companies visited here is wipro, unthinkable, hcl, etc and minimum number of offer made is 5. The highest is around 6.5 lakh and average is 2.7 lakh. 30 to 40 percent get placed Job with btech
