Placement of our campus is good ... Mechanical branch average placement is 10 lacs .. last year 84% students has been placed .. cs branch average placement with package is 40 lacs ... Last year 82 % students has been placed

There are many student who got internship in their 3rd year and also some student who got PPO(pre placement offer) in their final year.Highest package is 40LPA.while the average package is 16LPA.The percentage vary every year but mostly it's about 70-80% depending on the branch.

The curriculum focuses the student to get familiar with all coures in 1 st year. Then from 2nd year, onwards it becomes subject oriented. The exams have moderate difficulty . Mid sem and end sem are main exams and has 20-60 weightage with 20 internal. Quizzes , tests are taken along with assignment for internals. Attendance rate of 70% is required to sit in end sem exams.

Placements are really good here ! Almost every year 1cr+ packages are seen for somewhere two or three students but also as well you may have 15 lpa as average package for cse branch and other branch especially mechanical have 10lpa average package!????

Its the 3rd year when the company starts to come in college i won't say many companies visit but decent amount of companies do visit. Companies that visited this time were cisco, Genpact , escorts Kubota limited, microchip ,oracle, bajaj ,latentview and u can find more by following the training and placement cell nit Hamirpur on LinkedIn

The students get placed in their final year . Major companies like apple Google Microsoft visit our campus we have a good average package although there as has been a very large drop in the number of students placed this year

Course curriculum is medium difficulty .in first year you have all branches subject and also you change your after good cgpa. But it is tough for score good cgpa because professor are not dedicated.but some of the are really good

The placement stats are quite good for branches like cse,ece. the only problem is the location of the campus,which is located close to hamirpur town. The transportation connnectitvity to this region is quite limited and far away from IT hubs.

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. Many big companies like amazon, adobe , deloitte, etc and make many offers. Highest package is 1.7cr offered by Cred to dual degree CSE student and average is 12lac. Each year 80-85% students get placed. My plan is to open my own construction firm

Since it is a NIT therfore the placements are good and there are good amount of placement offers provided on campus. For internships the companies visit the campus each year for 3rd year's 6th semester students. Less companies visit for internships but fir placements it is quiet better. Students become eligible for placement for 7th and 8th semester. The highest package offered for 2022-2023 was 173 lakhs per annum. Average package was around 12 lakh and for ECE department it is 15 lakh per annum. As per 2023 690 students were placed out of 952. Percentage placement was around 75 percent for 2022-2023. Infosys, Godrej, Samsung, Maruti Suzuki, TVS and others visited the campus. I look forwa for placements.
