IIT Dhanbad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement of this college is good and the average placement of IIT Dhanbad is between 17 lakhs to 60 lakhs approx. There are more than 250 companies visited to get the students hire. Above 80 percent students getting placements.

There was nothing specific I choosed the course because I have prior interest in it and moreover I was getting this branch only. The practicals that are conducted weekly prepare us for real world implementation. There is no improvement required.

For campus internship you are eligible from 5th semester and for the campus placement you will be eligible from 7th semester.nearly 200 companies visit our campus for placement opportunities. highest package is 50lpa and average package is 15lpa. 85 Percent students are getting placed here .if I got placement with good package I will take opportunity otherwise I plan to do ms in foreign universities.

The college offers really good placement with an average of 17 Lpa and last year the highest placement went to 2.4 Cr at an UAE based company. Almost all companies like Amazon , Google, Microsoft, De-Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Samsung, Nvidia come for placements.

from 7th sem students are eligible for placements some major companies are Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Sprinklr, Bajaj, Tata Motors, etc. No. of offers in 2023 was around 650. Highest package is 50 lpa and avg is 12 lpa as per previous year. Nearly 80% students are placed. I am thinking of getting a placement after college.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

The frequency of exams here is very good and not that many tough exams the teachers teach in class that surely come into the exams teachers are so cooperation and are very helpful they are strict in some cases while checking the answers.

There is a great opportunity for internships and placement in campus. There are two seasons one is dedicated for internships for 3rd year students and for 4th year dual degree students and one is for dedicated for placements,both seasons contains many online test and interview which are taken by company officials and if you want to do in the core sector it's also amazing as many of the companies that came in core sector there higher officials are our college alumni that's why it give edge in everything.

7th semester Students becomes eligible for campus placements and you got cracke internships for big companys and get ppo to get the job in before final year. many companies are visit just example for google etcs
