IIT Dhanbad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I actually love my college very much. It has given me good friends and awesome peers, who are excelling in their respective fields. Thus the competition makes me work harder and improve myself. The peer group in which you are affects you to a great extent.

Best college and environment is good but their must be and student union as like other IITs such that student can learn things about politics also and also their will be better cordination between them also

Being located in Dhanbad there is lots of misconception related to the safety but one thing is sure it is one of the safest campus in India. Well connected through roads and railways. As it is located in centre of city you have 24*7 access to the campus. This College have Golden history but a long way to go a lot to achieve.

Positive college is old but has renowned status in India.Offers Good placements in almost every branch. Students are given chance to build many skills. Negative Faculties are average.Hostel facility is poor. Students are restricted to enjoy life at their own will.

Overall college is good but not as per the student's expectations. Infrastructure is good but hostels premises are not always clean. Campus is close and is very good so that people from outside do not gets into college. There is good security too.

Everyone wants to study from IITs am lucky to got a chance to be a part of IITs.very good research environment,well knowledgeble faculty , Asia's biggest library in our college,high speed internet,many extra curricular activities.I learnt a lot here.

Lots of politics Full of bengali teachers with bad pronunciation. Alumnai doesn't contribute to department or students in terms of money. In other IITs allumani are biggest donors. Not well connected with major cities.

As I said IIT's have one of the best labs in country for research and study purpose and provide great focus on extra-curricular activites and sports. As mentioned we have various cultural and sports clubs like photography club videograph club dance club debate club astronomy club music club etc and almost every sports including cricket football basketball squash boxing weight lifting judo karate TT etc which provides a great exposure to students studying here.

IIT (ISM) is in the top 10 ranked technical College of India and we usually know dream of each and every science student of India is IITs ,so from my point of view my college is one of the best colleges in India.

Overall the college is best to enjoy the college life and for studies and placements the reserach fields are also very good for those trying to pursue phd from the college it offers other courses also like mba msc and mphill
