I choose this university over other because it is the number one university of India and my passion is to do MBBS so I Choose this university. My college focusses on many research projeects and guides many students for their research. Kasturba medical college is known for it's cultural events

It is really good college. I am really happy after coming to Manipal. I had a option of going to Christ university, bangalore, but i am really happy I didn't take up that offer because there you will be really busy with college the whole time. But here we are not busy with college much.

Well, apart from.a lack of campus I don't think it really has any drawback or. Negative remark,if you can afford the fees it's the best private university in india, so if you are only looking for academics it is there for you, however if they had a proper campus in Mangalore this College would have been unstoppable.

Positive : Faculty is at it's best. The make MBBS easy. Hospitals are well equipped with a good patient inflow. Negative : The connectivity of Mangalore with different states is an issue. The south Indian food here might not appeal to all.

Everything is pretty good about the college and my friends and I have had a great experience here. All events that occur in an academic year are planned at the beginning of the year and doesn't change much. The only problem we've had was that they never give holidays for heavy rains and stuff even if there's a red alert. That has caused a lot of inconvenience when commuting to college.

Students have to appear for an entrance exam following which a merit list is prepared. Then counselling is conducted where seats are allowed based on the merit rank. During counselling, once allotted seat student is expected to submit required documents and pay fees.

The college is very academic oriented so everyone will push you towards your true potential. They will make you work hard and make you achieve what you deserve. Moreover there are many talks by various personalities every month too.

Cost of living in Manipal is a bit expensive, you must be prepared. If you stay in the hostel monthly expenses maybe around 5-7k and if you stay in a flate then around 10-15k, better to be prepared. And drugs and clubs are common in every college,it depends on your personal will and thoughts whether to get into them or not

The college is an overall good college which provides a holistic development for the students. The students find themselves improving after coming to city of Manipal, a small place far away from Udupi in Karnataka.The students are challenged daily inorder for them to improve and be the best. The holidays offered by the colleges are considered to be enough for the students to visit their hometowns and take a relaxation period from the studies conducted in the college.
