- The thing i liked about the college is their faculties their way of teaching, their supporting staff all of them are very friendly and approachable.
- The people here are from very diverse culture , different states ; that's why one get to know about various cultures.
Dislikes
- Not yet i didn't found anything that i don't like here.
Placement Experience:
Basically in the ninth trimester, the student is eligible for campus placement. As the first batch of BBMM in NMIMS will pass this year, as no batch of BBMM has passed out yet so can't tell you about anything such as the name of companies visited, the number of offers, details of the highest and average package, % of students getting placement and related placement queries.
Otherwise, after this degree, i will go for my master's.

- I like my course and their will be big placements in the future.
- I liked the glass building and It stands as a symbol status for me to study in nmims
- The canteen is very affordable if you see that the fees is very expensive.
Dislikes
- I dont like the fees as it is very expensive compare to the other subjects.
- I don't like the washrooms as they are very small comparing to the capacity of the college.
- The college is very strict for the attendance part as it is 85% minimum to attend or they will not allow you to sit in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am studying in a BBMM course. The faculties are very good and they are highly qualified from very big renowned universities and have very long teaching experience. In BBMM, there is a trimester module followed so exams and midterms are held every 2 months, and passing the papers is a really big deal.

- Study material is good, and upto dated. Books show case studied as recent as 2019. We are provided notes of subjects as well. Topics are taught in right sequences and in easy to understand language.
- Teachers are average at worst and excellent at best. Most are above avg
- We are provided options of teachers in each subject for sem 1 and 2
Dislikes
- Options of teachers is missing in sem 3 and 4, i wish they had many options like sem 1 and 2.
- Fee is a bit more than what it should be. Specially for those who are not financially well
- Exams have multiple dates and slots but in doing that they make waaaay too many Questions. Some of them aren't well made and look like Q just for the sake of it
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course books aren't as deep as the books studied by students of MBA students from IIM but that comparison is unfair in itself. Otherwise, books are good and teach the topic well. Not all faculties are best but most of Nmims faculties are on average to Excellent level.

- The faculties are well versed with the subject.
Dislikes
- The overall cost living here is slightly on the higher side.
- The batch strength has increased from last year.
- The rainfall here sometimes make life tough.

After the 4th trimester students get eligible for the placements here. Companies here coming on campus are world-class with average placement touching 27 lakhs for core and 20 lakhs for HR. The highest placement was bagged by consulting role at 67 lakhs.

- The fees at NMIMS is really high considering that they don't provide a campus for accomodation
Placement Experience:
The placements at NMIMS are really good. The only problem is the batch size. Everyone (100%) gets placed at good pay packages. Various companies like Asian paints, ITC, P and G, American Express, Bain, Mckinsey and many more good companies visit the campus.

- Toaster master club should be there which is not
Placement Experience:
If we talk about placement as it is a very brand college in part of BBA course so placement is good but if we need a good amount of placement then we should have extra skills and leadership qualities and employment opportunity is there for students as the internship is provided for each student in ge last year

- Campus life and the crowd is very nice and you can make very strong connections as they come From a nice background
- The events and clubs are very engaging and can keep you occupief
- Faculty Are very welcoming and Are open to discussion and help you out
Dislikes
- At times during peak hours the canteen might be too congested and you would have to find another way out
Placement Experience:
A lot of top companies with good profiles for a fresher come to our college and the compensation ranges from 8 to 25 lakhs generally. Many students were placed in EY last year. Typically companies like Jio Creative Labs, Nomura, Deloitte, and Morgan Stanley do hire from Our college. Our college does have 100 % placements which were seen in the last few years.

- Good networking opportunities as you can easily connect with student of other batches and the alumni are friendly
- Teachers are very supportive and welcoming , they offer support even when you are participating in extra curricular activities
- Classrooms are well furnished and infrastructure are modernized
Dislikes
- The campus is limited to just a building & we dont have other facilities like gyms, grounds, open areas which other colleges would have.
- Being someone who travels by car & who lives far away , traffic is an issue which I have to face on a daily basis.
- At times you can have 12 subjects in a semester and during the submission period things can become a bit stressful.
Placement Experience:
The college has good & lucrative placement opportunities with the highest package being around 25 Lakhs per annum and the average package being 10 Lakhs per annum. Many companies like EY, and Nomura often higher around 8-9 students from the college, and other big companies like Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and big 4 also do visit the college for placement. The college also has a 100% track record of getting students placed, so that would not be an issue.

- Not having a hostel and full fledged campus
- Mumbai as a city can get quiet heavy on the pocket
- Sometimes the work load can get quite overwhelming
Placement Experience:
We are eligible from the 5th trimester. We can also get offers via performing well in our summer internships and bag Pre Placement Offers. (PPO)
Over 600 offers were made for 550 students. Examples of Companies: Google, Amex, Samsung, Microsoft, Pepsi, IBM, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, etc. Average Package: 26L
Highest Package: 70L
100% placements. Not one person remained unplaced.

What are the reviews for the NMIMS Mumbai hostel for girls and the Sanghavi hostel for MBA girls?

NMIMS hostel facility includes two full-fledged hostels and three rented residential accommodations that are taken care by the university in Mumbai, separately for boys and girls. The students admitted are given preference on a first come first basis; and preference is given to students from outside of Mumbai to the hostel. The girls' hostels are provided with all the modern amenities, good nutritious food and purified drinking water facilities. Most of the rooms are triple sharing and have a separate washroom inside the room. The rooms are big and spacious with box beds. Each bed is provided with a study table, chair, and a personal almirah. The only odd thing is that despite being MBA hostel, it has a curfew.
You cannot get inside the hostel after 11PM unless you have a valid reason with enough proof.

If you attend this college, you'll find that it caters to an expensive, cushy, rich crowd. However, whether or not you actually learn anything will be up to you, as the classes can be quite lax. You'll need to maintain 805 attendance, which is compulsory.
On the bright side, the teachers are good and there are decent placement opportunities, especially when compared to other colleges. There are also various opportunities available, but keep in mind that money talks here, so be prepared to fend for yourself. The course itself is okay, much like most engineering colleges, but the labs and equipment are good and the infrastructure is solid.
Overall, if you choose to attend this college, you'll find that it's like any good engineering college with a higher fee. Just remember to stay focused and take advantage of the resources available to you. With hard work and dedication, you can succeed and thrive in this environment.
