VNIT Nagpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The college has avg. Package of around 10-11lpa which is not that good as per ranking so need to improve that, as product companies come less most is financial or banks so one has less opportunity for core development job.

Placements in Visvesvaraya National institute of technology Nagpur is continuously increasing as several companies visiting each year increases every year and average placement also increased. After the 6th-semester companies start visiting and you can sit for campus placements. The highest package this year 2022 is 64 lakh per annum and the average package is between 9-10 lakh per annum. Almost 80% of students get placed considering all branches combined although circuital branches get more percentage placed than others.

The placement of VNIT is very good. The average package for CS & IT students is 12LPA. But for core branches, the average package is quite low around 6LPA. Core branches MTech students rarely get placed in core fields. Most of them step into banking and IT companies. The highest package offered by banks is 12LPA, and by IT companies is 30LPA. My plan after getting this degree was to go for higher studies.

The placement is really good. Good companies participate in the hiring process. The percentage of students getting placed is really high. VNIT follows one person one job policy. The highest package is around 25Lakhs and the minimum is 4 Lakhs.

Because this is a four-year undergraduate degree program and 3rd year of students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies related to this field are visited and on average 2 to 3 offers are provided for students. 40 to 45 Percentage of students are placed in different companies. My plan after getting this degree is to prepare for GAT.

The exams are one of the main processes of assessing the students and scholars in any school or college. The term exams are timely as per the Academic calendar published at the beginning of every semester or academic year. The term exams are conducted with a given timetable so that every student should be aware of the course exams well in advance. The exams or question papers are framed in such a way that every student gets a chance to pass, score and Excell. The questions include some easy questions, some mediocre questions and a few difficult questions to assess advanced learners. Easy questions are for slow learners. The exams are timely and appropriate to pass.

Placement opportunities are very good in our college. Most of the students are placed with an average package of 10-15lakhs per annum. There are many internship drives and also internship opportunities while being in college.

After the 3rd year or from starting of the 7th semester., campus placements recruitment is started till the end of the year. my college's highest package is 35LPA and the average is 10.36LPA and about 80% of students get placed.

Students from the 7th sem become eligible for placements. Various companies like TCS, Persistent and many more have come to our college. Almost 70% of students have been placed in various companies. Before taking degree O got a place in my seventh semester.

I'm planning to do an M.Tech degree after this course. On an average 80% of students are getting placed every year on campus. The highest package is 1 crore/annum and the average CTC is 7. Top MNCs like TCS, and giants visit our campus with a lot of job offers.
