First thing i like about this campuse is its beautiful like really beautiful.
Here some teachers are really good and helpful which encourages for better performance in every field
Students can get so many scholarship opportunities once they join this institute like for students living in jk or students with good cgpa.

Dislikes

Professors are not that good as expected,need to understand concepts from youtube
This is quite difficult to afford for a middle class family but there are fee waiver also
Hostels are not that good and have only fans not even cooler so it is difficult in summers washrooms are also not well mantained food is also not that good overall hostels are very unhygienic and are not well mantained

Beautiful green campus along with almost fully developed in terms of infrastructures
Here have a program under which the 3rd and 4th year students are mentor to 1st and 2nd year students respectively, and this helps in interaction with seniormore better way
Some Professor's are very good at teaching and their method is somewhat unique which also helps us creating interest in subjects

Dislikes

The extreme weather condition in which summers are more hot and winters are too cold that is what i didn't like
Few professor does not match with our vibe in starting but as the time flows and with regular interaction with that problem will be sort out

Placement Experience:

From the 4th year means 7th semester of degree students are eligible for campus placement. There are a lot of companies visit here every year for providing placement to students of different industries and different fields some of them are Microsoft, Amazon, BHEL, ONGC, Bharat petroleum, L&T, Samsung , oracle ,google ,etc. 80% of students placed last year. The average package was around 12.4 lakhs per year and the highest package was around 51 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Placement at NITJ is quite good. CSE , IT and ECE brances got moslty high packages. Rest brances do well and overall sncerio is too good. If anyone do not get on-capus placement then he/she can go for off-campus placement also. Campnies- microsoft, google, reliance , hero , asho-leyland, paytm , oracle etc.

NIT JALANDHAR is one of the best engineering college. It provides various opportunities to students for excelling in their career.
The campus life is very amazing. There are various fests happening in the college like cultural fest, Technical fest, Athletic fest and much more.
Infrastructure of the college is very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very good in my college. The placement percentage are very good. It differs from year to year but the Placements are good. Students who are in the 7th semester are eligible for the Placements. Very good companies came in the college to hire Students.

The thing i liked in my college is the infrastructure and freedom in college
And there is no ragging in the college and hostel also
The professors are very helpful and cooperative with problems of students

Dislikes

The cultural fest is not so good in this college
Hostel is not available for students who resides upto 15 km circle from the colllege
Some religious things are happening in college like poojas and all for fests

Placement Experience:

There is placement from final years in campus. The campus also provides placement trainifeom 3rd year. Majority's of students get placed and rest opt for higher studies as per their preference. The institute also support students by giving ideas in ehat they really want.

Availability of machines at different departments

Location of the college is not too good as it is completely outside the city so raw materials available are quiet less
Quality of mess food is very degradate and hygiene is not there.
Less internship opportunities are there as we have to take mostly off campus opportunities

Placement Experience:

Our placement scenerios are very good as almost every student get placement. In mid of 8th semester they get opportunities to get placed. Many companies visited in our college some are like Microsoft and Zoho and many offer they give like highest package they give is 1.2 crore per annum. Our average package is 8lakhperannum.. Percentage of students getting placed is like 80 percent. My plans after getting degree is to start my startup or getting any job in good tech company.

I like the most is the campus and all the management

Course curriculum is not so lengthy but it is quite difficult as it is engineering and we come to learn many things in behalf of our real life how the things work in reality the fact behind the things .

CAMPUS OF NIT JALANDHAR IS VERY GOOD. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT IS THERE IN THE COLLEGE WITH SO MUCH BLUSHED GREENARY. COLLEGE ENVIRONMENT IS VERY GOOD AND PURFIED OXYGEN PLANT IS ALSO BEING SET UP IN THE COLLEGE. ALL THE STUDENTS THAT CAME HERE ARE MERITS.
THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION THAT IS PROVIDED HERE IS ALSO VERY GOOD. TEACHERS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEFUL AND HELPFUL WHEN REACH TO, THERE ARE MANY PROFESSORS WHO HAD ACTUALLY WORKED IN INDUSTRIES AND HAVE PLENTY OF KNOWLEDGE, INDUSTRY ORIENTED STUDY IS THERE
ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF COLLEGE IS GOOD, STUDENT NEED NOT REQUIRE PROTESTING OR ANY KIND OF EXTERNAL SUPPORT FOR RAISING THEIR VOICES IN THE INSTITUTE. PROFESSORS HANDLIN THE ADMINISTRATION PEACEFULLY UNDERSTAND THE STUDENT CONCERN AND THEY HELP.

THE PLACEMENT OF THE STUDENTS IN CORE BRANCHES IS VERY POOR AND DISATISFACTORY EVEN AFTER THE INSTITUTE IS NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AN INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE. VERY FEW STUDENTS WERE PLACED IN CORE BRANCHES. THE PLACEMENT IS CONCERN.
PLACEMENT PERCENTAGE OF TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY, BIOTECHNOLOGY, CIVIL, INDUSTRIAL AND PRODUCTION ENGINEERING IS WORST, WHILE TEXTILE AND BIOTECHNOLOGY PERFORMING THE WORST PLACEMENT RECORD EVERY YEAR. THERE IS NOT MUCH ANY HELP FROM TRAINING AND PLACEMENT
INTERNSHIP OPPURTINITY IS NEGLIBLE IN BRANCHES OF TEXTILE, BIOTECHNOLOGY, CIVIL, HARDLY ANY CHANCES THAT ON CAMPUS INTERNSHIP IS THERE FOR STUDENTS IF THESE BRANCHES.

Placement Experience:

FROM SEMESTER 6 STUDENTS GET ELIGILBLE FOR INTERNSHIP AND AFTER SEVENTH SEMESTER THEY GET ELIGIBLE FOR PLACEMENTS. THE PLACEMENT OF CSE,IT,EE,ICE,ME BRANCH IS GOOD AND PLACEMENT OF TT,BT,CIVIL,IPE, CHEMICAL IS POOR

The amount of clubs present in college with serious participant and leaders
classes are well maintained and and clean with well equipped ac and proper sound proofing rooms

Dislikes

Hostels are not that good and are very unhygienic specially washrooms
teacher are not friendly and donot interact with students and comes only to teach
There are very much unnecessary subjects that are not even required

Placement Experience:

7 sem students becomes eligible for campis placement the conpanies visited here are honda, decathlon, google, flipkart and many more , the highest package was 30 LPA, total of 80 % students were placed out of eligible students.

NIT Jalandhar is a very good college for your career.

The faculty's teaching methods and expertise is good, I mean teachers are interactive and supportive.
I was in the basketball team of our college so I would say that sports culture is excellent like there you will get a chance to interact and play with your seniors
Cultural Fests are good and happened at regular interval of time. So overall I would say that the whole environment of college was very happening.

Dislikes

Few of the faculty's members and teachers are not very interactive and they should take more interest in teaching rather than just sharing pdfs.
Hostel food was not very good and it should be improved

Placement Experience:

1-Form the 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. 2-Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Goldman Sachs visited the campus. 3-Highest package is 42 LPA (by Microsoft) and the average is 6 LPA for the software developer profile. 4-90 % of the students got placed. 5-I am working in the IT field as an Associate Software Engineer and will go in this field only.

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:

4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.

CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.

ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
