First thing i like about this campuse is its beautiful like really beautiful.
Here some teachers are really good and helpful which encourages for better performance in every field
Students can get so many scholarship opportunities once they join this institute like for students living in jk or students with good cgpa.

Dislikes

Professors are not that good as expected,need to understand concepts from youtube
This is quite difficult to afford for a middle class family but there are fee waiver also
Hostels are not that good and have only fans not even cooler so it is difficult in summers washrooms are also not well mantained food is also not that good overall hostels are very unhygienic and are not well mantained

Sports facilites provided by the college amd equal opportunity to every student to get in college team

Long classes hours and no break between two periods

To much restrictions on the first year studens

College have provide the campus placement and many companies come in coleege like cisco, goldmansachs ,serivenow india,rapidfort inc.,google india ,atlassian more than 90 pervent student of computer science demartment place easily with good package

Everything about about the college the infrastructure the clubs everything is good

Dislikes

There is some scope of incruitment like more number of hostels would be made so that on the students do not feel congested

Placement Experience:

Again the placement of the college is very good of the average package has been improving since the years from the 7th semester the students become eligible for campus placement and a lot of companies visit the highest package for this particular year was 51 lacs per year and average package for computer science was around 18 lakhs almost 85 to 90% of the student please my plans after getting the degree wood to get a good placement but lot of people highesr studies

I liked the huge and lush green campus of nitj.
I liked the helpful seniors and the helpful faculty.
I liked the fellow mates nature as all are very helpful.

Dislikes

The hostel restrictions are one of the most annoying things.
I didn't like the way some students treat the other.
I didn't liked the mess food and even the canteen food.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placement offers. The highest was 4800000 for a student of the ECE branch. The lowest was 500000. Approx 78 percent of students got placed in campus placement rest got placed in off-campus placement.

In the final year, you are eligible to sit in placements. Many companies visit our college like Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman, TCS, etc highest package offered last year was 51 Lakh and the average was 14 lakhs. I want to pursue a career as a Software Developer.

pros,cons and insights of our college

placement cell of our college works at its best and try to place every students of any branch in a good MNC.
all kind of sports were available at our campus and I love to play football because our campus had a huge ground.
for mental peace and study i use to go library our campus had a huge and spacious library and GD rooms in it.

Dislikes

mess food was of poor quality, rooms don't have ac and cooler during summer. students use to pay by them self and order food from zomato and swiggy.
some of the students breaks code of conduct of public display of affection which proves to be a bad affect on sincere students.
teachers only use to read slides and don't clear the concept properly in classroom.students use to clear subjects before exams by themself or from their collegues.

Placement Experience:

In our college, we are eligible in the 7th semester to sit in the companies for campus placement. There are mainly software companies that visit our college for example Amazon, Google, Oracle, and Microsoft, and a student can avail of only one offer. The highest package is given by Google which is 63lakh ctc and the average is nearly 8 lakh, the placement percentage of our college is 94 percent, as I have got an offer from the company so I am joining them only.

There are so many tress in the campus and i like it.
There are so many sports grounds almost for all games.
There is gym facility here which is very good .

Dislikes

The rule of minimum 75% attendance should be remove.
The quality of mess food should be improve

From the 7th semester students become eligible for the campus placement. so many comapanies are visited in the college like amazon microsoft oracle etc. The highest package which is offered by microsoft is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8.5 lac almost 80 percent students placed every year.

placements are good in our college with good package.
infrastructure and course will be very good.
campus life will be nice and we will make many friends in college.

faculty are very very strict in academics.
we don't find many shops in the college for all requirements.
mess food will not be good and rooms are not properly maintained.

students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester. many companies visit college placement companies like Google, Microsoft, amazon, bpcl, zscaler, tcs infosys, Wiper, and many other companies. the highest package is 48 lahks by Amazon and the average package is 10 lakhs. percentage of students getting placement is nearly 80-85%. my plans after getting a degree are needed to place in good company.

From the 7th sem, students are eligible for campus placements. if no campus placements are offered then off-campus placements or govt jobs or new startups we can do. From Amazon, 45lpa is the highest and the average is 7lpa from reliance. 100% of students getting placements in nitj.

My experience till 3rd year

Likes

The clubs which helped me growing alot and made me confident.
Diversity of students in college which made me meet new people from different places.
Few teachers which are very cooperative and helpful towards students.

Dislikes

75% attendance criteria as it restricts the grow of different skills
Outside location from the main city as different to travel.
Hostel accomodation could have improved.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placement offers from the 7th semester. There are multiple companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Flipkart, etc and there were around 150+ companies which have visited last year. And the highest offer made was around 60 lakhs. And the average was around 14-15 lakhs.

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:

4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.

CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.

ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
