First thing i like about this campuse is its beautiful like really beautiful.
Here some teachers are really good and helpful which encourages for better performance in every field
Students can get so many scholarship opportunities once they join this institute like for students living in jk or students with good cgpa.

Dislikes

Professors are not that good as expected,need to understand concepts from youtube
This is quite difficult to afford for a middle class family but there are fee waiver also
Hostels are not that good and have only fans not even cooler so it is difficult in summers washrooms are also not well mantained food is also not that good overall hostels are very unhygienic and are not well mantained

Nit jalandhar a good College for engineering

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for an internship in the 3rd year and for placement in the 4th year. There are many big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, Lowe's that visit our college every year. The avg package is nearly 6 LPA and the highest is 30 LPA. And the placement is really very good.

I chose my college because this is an Institute with National importance and moreover i got my dream field (CSE). I have heard about this college and I knew it is the best in the north side for engineering.

Placements are good, mess facilities are very good, teachers are satisfactory.

Placement Experience:

Students who are in the third year of college are allowed to sit in the internships provided by the campus. Varieties of Companies visit the campus including some big companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Uber. The highest package provided is 40 lacs per annum by Microsoft. Amazon also provides a very pair package of around 35 lacs per annum.

The average package is around 10 to 12 lakh per annum for IT and CS branches In the non core branches, this figure is somewhat lower

Placement Experience:

6 semester. Starting from tata to Microsoft almost every top company visit our campus. The highest is 43 LPA and the average is around 9 LPA. 80% of students placed generally. Work for an MNC and also prepare for UPSC.

NIT, Jalandhar - MBA programme

Remarks:

NIT Jalandhar has recently been ranked among top 80 overall institutes of the country and that itself tells why I should have chosen it for my MBA programme. The institute is approved from Union Grants Commission and it is the most famous institute of Punjab for technical education. The course curriculum along with the NIT group association with it's name are two of the main reasons for its popularity. Selections in MBA course here are done under the rules and regulations followed across the country for management admissions

MBA at NIT, Jalandhar

Remarks:

NIT Jalandhar is a reputed institution of the NIT group and doing higher studies from such a place is surely a desire of any student. The institute is a hub of highly appreciated technical and management programmes and agencies such as AICTE and UGC has given approval to the institute. As I applied for the MBA course, the factors noted during the admissions included the performance of candidate in the entrance and afterwards the allocation of seats was based on performance of Interview and group round too

NIT Jalandhar - An unbiased experience

Remarks:

When the JEE Mains results were out, I got my result. Soon I appeared for JoSAA counselling and I got B.Tech. Information Technology at IIIT Gwalior as well as NIT Jalandhar as two options. Comparing the average CTC for both the colleges as well as considering other factors like distance, infrastructure, NIRF ranking, past history, future scope, reviews on different websites I found NIT Jalandhar as the best option for me. I used websites like quora, college pravesh, shiksha.com and many others for relevant information.

Remarks:

Alm the clothing industry is based on textile engineering. So, students must get ample career opportunities to pursue this course. Candidates with 60% marks for general/general EWS/OBC and other candidates admit themselves in the admission. CCMT counselling with GATE score and GD, PI fulfil the admission process.

Mechanical in NIT Jalandhar:

4-5 senior faculty members are excellent. Every ad-hock is very poor and useful in any way. Undergraduate research opportunities are limited, but you can participate in mechanical teams and learn a lot at international-level competitions and race events, or you can start your own. Self-knowledge is the only source of knowledge. If you want, you can get the most out of your knowledge and experience by leaving here. In terms of numbers, placement is excellent. For a long time, the campus has been dominated by PSUs and automobile companies. This includes excellent companies involved in the core design, the power sector, and the energy sector. They don't go there very often, but the overall placement is excellent.

CSE: Students have good grades and get good jobs as a result of the market boom. Some students are very good learners who work hard for their studies and knowledge, but this type of student is between the ages of 8 and 10. The remaining 80 people dance, sing, and participate in other activities.

ECE: Faculty members are friendly and helpful. Students are exceptional. Placements are good, and some students study the entire CSE curriculum to get the job. If you want to come here, you must choose with your mind, consider all aspects, and think wisely.
