They are very good, the helps every times, all department faculty members are well educated, their behavior is very good.
*there is an increase in tution fee every year but very small amount , and nothing to worry about it *120000 *ffe - 50000 nsp-20000-100000 and many other scholarship are availabel but these are very better
There are like 140 companies visited our college for placement and top companies like google, amazon, fan companies will be visited here.

Dislikes

The mess is worst in the collage... and one of the hostel is very bad and not dirsty
The placement rate is very less now . so this is one of the reason i don't like about this college
On campus senerio is not that much good & companies are visiting less for the intership.

The campus is very beautiful neat and well maintained surrounded by natural beauty and fresh air ...also the campus provides many relaxing spots to spend ones free or leisure times amidst the natural beauty
NIT Agartala being a college of national importance provides the best academics sports and overall development opportunities
This college has the biggest sports complex in India ....

Dislikes

The department buildings of civil engineering need to be maintained

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements in fourth year They are eligible for internships from third year Companies like nvidea,Microsoft,Google ,Sterlite ,axis Bank, tata motors ,NTPC, Indian oil and many more visit every year for campus recruitments.... The placement percentage is 82 percent The median package is 10 lpa The highest package is 52 lpa offered by nvidia The average package is 13 lpa... My plans are to get placed in top semiconductor based companies and after that go for higher studies like MTech

The campus is located in a lush green area. It is a peaceful and inspiring place for study and research.
NIT Agartala has modern classrooms. Fully equipped laboratory and dedicated areas for research and innovation.

Dislikes

Being in a less developed area might limit exposure to industries and networking opportunities.
Job placement rates may not be as high as in other institutions, affecting graduates' career prospects.
Bureaucratic inefficiencies may lead to frustration among students and staff.

Placement Experience:

Generally students get internship in 5th semester.And for campus placement students generally eligible in 7th or 8th semester.Some big companies visiting in our college likeTCS (Tata Consultancy Services) Wipro Infosys Cognizant L&T (Larsen & Toubro) BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited) HDFC Bank Tech Mahindra Amazon IBM. Highest package 52 lakh taken by cse student. Average package is 7-8 lakh generally. Yeah almost in core branches 85% students are placed.But branches like production,chemical, biotechnology,these branches have less scope in this college. My plan is to take internship in 3rd year.and getting placed in Microsoft.

Review of NIT-AGARTALA

The college area is very large and they have a big and beautiful library. But the college buildings need renovation, so also there are snakes roaming around the roads, so forest inside the campus should also have a boundary
There are various clubs such as dezire for dance, malhar for singing, aaveg for acting and drama, so also there are coding and robotics clubs too, which helps students to interact and social engagement.
The coding culture of college is very, so most of the students get easily placed, even if they have core branch

Dislikes

The old fashioned buildings, toilets and bathrooms, mess food and poor infrastructure.
Very hectic academics and assingments, and holidays are compensated with extra classses
The seniors in the college thinks themselves that they are the ultimate boss, they don't allow first year to play in the cricket ground

Placement Experience:

The placements stats of mb college is quite good. Almost 80 percent of students get placed despite many are from core branches, in which jobs are very less. If i am not getting placement, i will give GATE exam to pursue my higher studies in IITs

Honest review of NIT agartala

Likes

I liked the infrastructure and the sports facilities , I can say NIT agartala has one of the best sports complex.
NIT agartala is a beautiful lush green campus
Clubs and the social interaction between students is good.

Dislikes

I didn't liked agartala as a city because it is a tier 3 city so students from tier 1 city may get bored with agartala because there is no clubs,malls,water parks etc.
I didn't liked the teachers way of teaching and they are not able to communicate because maximum of the teachers are Bengali.
I didn't liked the academics because the course is very outdated

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students becomes eligible for taking campus placements. Placements in this college are good ,there are students who got placed above 1 crore and the placement rate of my branch is 90%.

campus is really large, and greenery,the air quality is too good in the campus
the sport complex is really amazing on the view of almost all sport,like:handball,batminton,football,cricket,basketball.......etc
teachers are really knowledgable in their own field ,and college provide a lots of opportunity to enhance your talent in varius club,like debating,ai related,communication ralated.

Dislikes

mess food is not good and 2nd year hostel quality is old they should improve that issue
connectivity is not good ,and college is located outside from city
they should improve placement in core sector

Placement Experience:

the placement of my college is too good for cse ece ee and eie branches almost 90 percent of students get placed during on campus placement . and for mechanical , civil , chemical biotech and production the placement is avarage of these branches . but its improving each year .

The NIT Agartala

Likes

Infrastructure and facilities are quite good and impressive with around 380 acres of campus.
Senior are very responsive and respect and there is no ragging like things.
Any problem and queries can be resolved easily whether it's document, academic, etc.

Dislikes

Boys and the girls ratio is very low.Around 500 girls and 3000 boys.
College is situated 20km from main city. So there's no city life. But you can get daily basis things in the campus.
Distance between hostel and class is big. So for we have to walk very far for class and for lunch we return and again go to class.

The placement scenerio heere for IT and specially CSE Is good
The CSE branch is so chill that we don't have to worry so much about the attendance and the syllabus.the faculties and syllabus is chill that can be covered over night and because of which we don't have to waste time in class and can prepare for the
The infrastructure and the nature beauty here is eye catching. Here the clubs are too good.the seniors are too helpful.

Dislikes

The weather here is unpredictable.and whatever weather it is ,it's always going t be the extreme
The location of the nit is a way from city.here things are not available frequently.
The food in the hostel are not at all good.

Placement Experience:

The placement in NIT Agartala is quite good many of the companies including Amazon Google Microsoft lotion visit sales like a students are eligible for the internship in the second year as well like in 2nd year they will be getting Google step internet and as soon as the reaches in their 5th semester they will be eligible for getting into a internship drive of the MNC that will be arriving in the campus and the placement it will be starting in the 4th year that will be in 7 semester in the starting of the force civil semester the MNC is including Google and all will be coming. Here the placement percentage is 80% in our campus. The companies that has frequently visited here are Google Microsoft Amazon atlasian phone pe paypal Cisco uipath.

Placement is very good in this college in comparison to other northeast Nits
Faculties are very interacting and the always help in studies and to understand any concept related to syllabus
And if i talk about campus than this on peak of my expectations and we are enjoying very well, fest which is held at here in amazing

Dislikes

Litte bit food means when i was in 1st year then food quality is very poor but from now it is very good
Swimming pool is under construction and due to this this facility is not for us
Girls and boys ratio is very good 2/8 means it is very good then after this chances of making gf is very poor

In this collage placement is very good overall placement percentage of every branch is in the range of 8-18 lpa and in my branch it is 13 If i talk about percentage placement then it is 98% so that's why this is clg has very good placement

the campus is equipped with all the neccessary infrastructure required
campus is lush green and very large. condition of hostel is good but can be more good
girls and boys ratio is aprroxiately 1:2

Dislikes

language is a big issue, professors give preference to the students who can speak bengali.
condition of sports complex can be improved. proper gear is not provided for the sports
condition of the gym is very poor and needed to be improved

Placement Experience:

highest number of students got placed through my branch. the placment ratio is excellent for my department. average package is around 7lpa and the highest was 52lpa. you can opt research after completion of your degree in the filed of electronic and semiconductor industry

College Life in a nutshell.

Likes

The placement scenario in the college is quite better irrespective of the location which is northeast. It was always a myth that the ratio would be lower.
The average package for computer science department is really commendable and for the lower branches too, the companies do come.
One can enjoy witness the beauty of northeast in the campus itself because there is lot of greenary.

Dislikes

Healthcare facility of the college needs to be looked as it is quite poor.
Hostel facility is poor as well as the food in the hostels too. Even there aren't many canteens in the college.
Most of the professors who teach aren't that capable enough where one can think of gaining lot of knowledge from the college studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum I chose is based on my JEE rank as I was getting Civil as the highest branch as per my rank. But, of course, it is suitable if one is preparing for the PSUs. The subjects included in the course are relevant for seeking the whole knowledge in the respective field. It lets us know in depth about building materials, transportation engineering, environment engineering as well as design of structures plays the most vital role in the whole course.

Based on the experience of a friend here are some points regarding NIT Agartala

Honestly, NIT Agartala is not at par with the standard of the Institute of National Importance. The administration and faculties do not give students access to the facilities.
Most of the faculties have no teaching abilities , and there is a huge communication gap between students and professors.
Students are not allowed to do projects from the second year and it's also very hard to get a good CGPA.
Only the CSE and ECE departments have modern infrastructure and the rest of the departments are not taken care of. There is also bias in how students of different branches are treated.
The hostel facilities of the institute are excellent and the buildings are beautifully designed. However, students are restricted from bringing basic electrical equipment to boil milk, water, and heat Maggie.
The tender of the mess food always goes to the same company and students constantly lodge complaints regarding the quality of the food.
The institute has a 75% attendance policy that many find illogical and rigid.

Overall, NIT Agartala will give you a lot of good memories and friends but is still lacking on the academic front.
