Likes
- They are very good, the helps every times, all department faculty members are well educated, their behavior is very good.
- *there is an increase in tution fee every year but very small amount , and nothing to worry about it *120000 *ffe - 50000 nsp-20000-100000 and many other scholarship are availabel but these are very better
- There are like 140 companies visited our college for placement and top companies like google, amazon, fan companies will be visited here.
Dislikes
- The mess is worst in the collage... and one of the hostel is very bad and not dirsty
- The placement rate is very less now . so this is one of the reason i don't like about this college
- On campus senerio is not that much good & companies are visiting less for the intership.

Course Curriculum Overview:
As I've always wanted to study civil engineering so I've no regrets with it, and I think civil engineering dept as a whole is very pronounced and imthe professor never fails to provides valuable knowledge to the students

- I liked the big campus and the greenary over the campus and peace.
- 24*7 electricity and water and wifi (except few days)
- Library is quite big and peacefull place to study and the cultural events
Dislikes
- They provide double rooms in hostel so there is less privacy.
- wifi sometimes dont work properly and the network connection here is really bad
- strict 75% criteria in my department they give debbared for my specific department others are little chill
Placement Experience:
Placements in our college is quite good 80-90 % student gets place and other 5-10% pursue higher studies. &7 and 8 semester students are eligible for campus placements . there are several companies that visit our institute for campus placments like google , microsoft, goldmansacs, reliance, texas , etc and the highest package of 2023 was 52 lah and the average was i think 12 lakh per annum approx.

- The first that's you engage and loved about this college is large greenish campus and top notch infrastructure. Although This is second tier college but regarding this currently it's exceeding in every aspect which it's lagging.
- It's has a good and friendly campus life.You have seniors to guide and interact with you in every aspect.
- In nit Agartala, you have good faculties expert which help you and guide in many aspect .But for first year it's okaish not too good not too bab, due to many of faculties are PhD scholar.But in next year you will have good quality faculties teacher.
Dislikes
- The first things I disliked most first year mess food. It's below average and dispointed.
- This college is big ,it's about 350+ acres so you have cycle because every this is far from each other like classroom and hostel distance.
- In first year, Teacher are average not so bad yet not so good.You will have give some time to self study.
Placement Experience:
Although I'm not sure but getting some idea from our seniors, you have too many internship options from 5th semester (third year) . There are so many companies visited our college like Intellipat ,TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Goggle, Deloitte and so more.I'm not sure about placement in 2024 but from senior and faculties,it's 75 percent of students placed with average of 9 lakhs.

- I liked the behaviour of teachers of my college . They are very helpful.
- I liked the placement facility of the college which provides us jobs after graduation and post graduationm

- The food quality for the hostel students is no up to the mark.
- The distance of one branch to another is very far
- The placement for core branches is not up to the mark
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester the students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies like L&T, ABCI infra,BPCl, EIL, O9 solution, Deloitte, ITC Infotech, Amazon,Phone pay, KEC international, And many other multinational compands visit every year for recruitment in NIT AGARTALA. Highest package approximately 50 lakhs per annum and average package 8-9 lakhs per annum.

- HOSTEL OF 1ST YEAR OF NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGARTALA IS QUITE GOOD & LIBRARY IS ALSO LOOKING GOOD AND QUITE COMFORTABLE
- The environment of this college is decent and seniors are very helping and friendly
- The natural environment is more attractive and satisfying

- The class room of this college is not satisfying and it should be improved
- The professor of this college is not good and not so much knowledgable
- The mess food of first year is not good and it should be improved

Placement Experience:
The overall placement of my college is quite good .from 7th semester ,the student is eligible for taking part in on campus placement .There are many companies visit in this college for example ORACLE ,NV DIA ,PHONE PE ,GOOGLE etc.And many offers are made .
The highest package of this year 2024 is 52 LPA offered by google to a computer science student and average package is around 13 LPA .
About 90% student is get placed this year and got good package.
I want to start my own business after getting degree because i believe in this famous quote (BE A JOB CREATOR NOT A JOB SEECKER )

- The infrastructure of the college is one of the best among the NITS. New hostel RNT is very good.
- The placement of the college is quite decent. Placement percentage was almost 80% in the last placement season. Companies like Google Microsoft Goldman Sachs etc visit the campus.
- The greenery in the campus is quite appealing. Campus has a clean environment.
Dislikes
- The classrooms for first year students are not that good.
- Mess food is also average which can easily be improved up to a decent level.
- Medical facilities are not up to the mark in the college which is quite concerning.
Placement Experience:
The campus placement of the college is quite decent. Students are eligible for the campus placement from 7th semester onwards. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Cisco, J P Morgan etc visit the campus. Last year the Highest placement offered was 52 lpa and the average of the circuital branches was 11.5 lpa and for non- circuital it was 8.5 lpa. Overall the placement percentage of the last year batch was around 81 percent.

- The infrastructure of this college is very nice , Buildings are new , classrooms are newly built and overall connectivity is nice
- The sports facilities here is biggest in the country .The hostel are clean and well managed.
- We have gym here and a little shopping complex inside the campus which fulfills all our amenities.
Dislikes
- The overall connection speed is not that good ,Jio doesn't work here effectively.
- The authorities are not very responsive of our complaints most of the times .
- The teacher of first year student are not very good
Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm from computer science engineering branch ,I chose this course because of my intrest in this field ,
The curriculum is nicely prepared and the teachers are also very nice ,some of our faculty is well recognised around the world and our placement for this course is also the proof of our excellency .
Though it's not complete and there's also of area of improvement , according to me The students should be taught the practical use of this course to make them industry ready .
Exams timings are good and we get enough time to prepare for our exams .

placement was too good in our college the average package placement was above 10 lakhs and the highest was more than 50 lakh
if I did not get any placement in on campus I'm planing to goo usa for my higher studies

- The weather is unpredictable sometimes it starts raining sometimes too hot
- Hostels are not being maintained well need maintenance
Placement Experience:
For campus placement students starts internship from 3rd year onwards . and this year a student from computational mathematics got internship in Google and he's on his 3rd year .
It's totally depends on students and their dedication for do something in life not just like sleeping and enjoying in hostle kinda .
The heighest package was offered as 53 lpa on 2023 .and also many in between 30-40 lpa .

- It has a decent placement records in top branches
- Infrastructure is good as expected to be in nit
Dislikes
- Teachers are not that good, they don't teach good
- Classes don't have air conditioning rooms
- College do not have a 24/7 canteen for night

7th and 8th semester students are eligible to take placement here
Here companies like google, Amazon, nvidia visits every year and around 80-90 percent students get placed every year in which highest package is about 54lpa

Based on the experience of a friend here are some points regarding NIT Agartala
- Honestly, NIT Agartala is not at par with the standard of the Institute of National Importance. The administration and faculties do not give students access to the facilities.
- Most of the faculties have no teaching abilities , and there is a huge communication gap between students and professors.
- Students are not allowed to do projects from the second year and it's also very hard to get a good CGPA.
- Only the CSE and ECE departments have modern infrastructure and the rest of the departments are not taken care of. There is also bias in how students of different branches are treated.
- The hostel facilities of the institute are excellent and the buildings are beautifully designed. However, students are restricted from bringing basic electrical equipment to boil milk, water, and heat Maggie.
- The tender of the mess food always goes to the same company and students constantly lodge complaints regarding the quality of the food.
- The institute has a 75% attendance policy that many find illogical and rigid.
Overall, NIT Agartala will give you a lot of good memories and friends but is still lacking on the academic front.
