They are very good, the helps every times, all department faculty members are well educated, their behavior is very good.
*there is an increase in tution fee every year but very small amount , and nothing to worry about it *120000 *ffe - 50000 nsp-20000-100000 and many other scholarship are availabel but these are very better
There are like 140 companies visited our college for placement and top companies like google, amazon, fan companies will be visited here.

Dislikes

The mess is worst in the collage... and one of the hostel is very bad and not dirsty
The placement rate is very less now . so this is one of the reason i don't like about this college
On campus senerio is not that much good & companies are visiting less for the intership.

Clubs and fests that happed here on regular basis.

Dislikes

Homestate quota i dont like here as most dumb boys and girls join us

Placement Experience:

Placement rate is bit low for branches except CSE and ECE here .From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. My plans after my degree is to start a new business.i don't want to continue something in engineering field only.

Nurturing NIT A

Likes

The campus of this college is very lush green and refreshing.
Clubs of this college are very active whether it is literary or technical one.
Sports activities are very good, you can learn new sports even from scratch.

Dislikes

Connectivity of this college is little dissapointing.
It is very messy process to take permission for organising a event in NIT A several restrictions are made like DJ.
Mess food is also not quite good, sometimes it got even worse.

Placement Experience:

Placements of this college is very good and improving year by year.There are 80% placement for CSE and ECE branch, for mechanical it is 70%, and approx 50-60% for all other branches.this year highest package was 52 lakhs in CSE and 30 lakhs in ECE.

Faculty members are very good, helpful and friendly nature.
I got many friends which are from different cultures
Seniors are very supportive and very good

Dislikes

Campus is very dirty . Soo much pollution
Dress code for south Indian. White shirt
Things are very expensive here . Very costly

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good not bad . Life I am in electronic and communication engineering, if I talk about my field this year only 120 students get placed out of 300 students who sat in exam. And highest package is 30 lack and min package is 5-6 lack and average package is 16-17 lack.

The fantastic Journey of NITA

Likes

The campus itself is a blessing and a lot of developed things are found. The infrastructure is well maintained.
The campus is very safe and very developed with lot of facilities and well developed items.
The overall campus life at NITA is very fabulous with lot of opportunities. The schemes are really very good here

Dislikes

The college has only few disadvantages like that of the location in North east and also a little safety problems.
The college is very far located from the main city which is difficult to reach.
The college as a whole is really a good opportunity for btech students to develop professionally and be a good person in the future

Placement Experience:

The campus scenario at NITA is quite well , Several companies like Cognizant , google, hitachi, reliance and many more visit our campus for placement season. the placement percentage at NITA is as followed : CSE: 80% PLACED ECE: 80% PLACED OTHER branches like mechanical, civil and others placement rate is 60-70%

I like the infrastructure of the college and the clubs and participation of students in different things based on their interest
People are quite friendly and the environment here is quite good
Campus life is quite good and full of enjoyment.

Dislikes

College is far from city which cause trouble in various aspects.
Mess food is not good. And the lunch is worst.
The classes are not according to the standard

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester placement is started. Companies visited are google Microsoft adobe etc the offered 30-40 lpa. Highest package is 54 lpa. 50percent people got placed. I want to do job in google and get a package of 50 lpa

NIT Agartala's review from a second year student

Likes

The campus life is very good and with every possible amenity provided to the students
The people here are very nice and the overall atmosphere of this place is pretty good
Placements are good and sufficient opportunities are present for students who are serious towards their goals.

Dislikes

The administration is very loose ane lazy. However, after the new director had taken charge, things are improving.
The distance factor makes ir difficult for us to travel to our home or to different colleges for any competetion
The wifi facility needs major improvement as the data limit and speed are not upto the mark

Placement Experience:

The placement of college is good. More than 100 companies visit the campus for recruitment. Even core branches have good placement stats here. The Training and Placement cell actually puts alot of effort in placement drives. The internship scenario and company invitation should be increased more as this is the are where we are lacking.

How we are making engineering easy in NITA

Likes

Large space in college, many more trees
Hostel facility provided for student that make easy for other states student
Best teacher, supporting teacher, and good management but it could be better

Dislikes

College is more far from city, and expenses is too much
Mess food is always a point of discussion because sometimes it's good sometimes it's too bad
One thing is that we didn't even get any girlfriend 😁, even i have so much girls freind

My father is still working in construction companies So i have some interest in civil engineering that's why i choose this branch We have lab for practicals and trained teacher who support us always Some improvement is to be done by taking modern equipment, repair of old building, etc Although we have end term and mid term exam every semester once in 45-50 days . Exams are easy and taught topics come in exam

Campus area is big and it is around 340 acre.
Campus is full of greenery and will be great.
Very little ragging from seniors as strict rules are made against ragging.

Dislikes

Campus is beautiful but far away from city. You will feel bored after few months.

Placement Experience:

From fourth semester students are eligible for internship and placements. Google, Amazon, Samsung, Oracle, Accenture, IBM, Nokia, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro are some famous companies visited our campus. Around 80% student get placed. Last year highest package was around 55 lpa for electrical, ece and cse students.

I like the infrastructure of the NIT AGARTALA.
Campus is full of greenery and birds. And the nature too
Every season in this place is feels like a heaven

Dislikes

There is no availability of malls and food stalls
Transportation facilities are little bit difficult
National Institute of Technology is in the outside of the city.

Placement Experience:

In the semester of 7th / 8th we would get placement offers for a particular degree or a branch. In the records CSE department got approximately 50 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students getting placements increasing every year.

Based on the experience of a friend here are some points regarding NIT Agartala

Honestly, NIT Agartala is not at par with the standard of the Institute of National Importance. The administration and faculties do not give students access to the facilities.
Most of the faculties have no teaching abilities , and there is a huge communication gap between students and professors.
Students are not allowed to do projects from the second year and it's also very hard to get a good CGPA.
Only the CSE and ECE departments have modern infrastructure and the rest of the departments are not taken care of. There is also bias in how students of different branches are treated.
The hostel facilities of the institute are excellent and the buildings are beautifully designed. However, students are restricted from bringing basic electrical equipment to boil milk, water, and heat Maggie.
The tender of the mess food always goes to the same company and students constantly lodge complaints regarding the quality of the food.
The institute has a 75% attendance policy that many find illogical and rigid.

Overall, NIT Agartala will give you a lot of good memories and friends but is still lacking on the academic front.
