NIT Agartala Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

First of all it's a national level college and it's NIRF ranking is good and Environment is so cool and faculties and placement are also good. In campus many IT and core company is also come.The NIT Agartala campus has all the facilities such as hostels, a cafeteria, a library, computer labs, and ATMs.

I opted this course because this branch is very experienced over few years in this college and also this college has very good placement record, again the campus is very good and there is a huge sports facility.

Good campus and I didn't fill any other college during choice filling due to some personal reasons. You have better facilities and better connection to the city during day. The faculties are very good and very supportive.

Job opportunities, emphasise on extra curriculum( sports, painting, writings, debates, etc.), there are many clubs, like, aerospace, fine arts, drama, cultural ( singing, dancing), debates, instrumental, etc. Lots of projects and researches are also a part of this college.

As per my opinion the NIT tag was important now a days because in the field of engineering, our country is one of the largest producer of engineer in the world.so, competition is too much high now-a-days to getting place in a good job. so get better preference and better quality of education we prefer iit and nit respectively. that's why i choose nit agartala were i get my dream branch.

It's NIRF ranking as compared with thr other NIT colleges, and according to my rank, this college was preferable. the clubs are pretty good and serious and help a lot in the student Personality development process. The main reason I chose this college is because of branch. Many people have suggested and even through online, I happen to know that Mechanical Branch, the one which I'm interested is, the best among other branches in that college. All the lab equipments are available and I feel the funds that the college receive is properly used. It has an excellent campus that is almost 400 acres and very good security. All the facilities are provided in the campus itself, so there's no need to travel a long way to the city. As I'm a South Indian, I had an initial doubt of socialising in a new place where I can't use my mother tongue as a medium, but Our College has such diversity in cultures. Different cultural background people all come together and interact with other making us feel like home. There are many people from south, eastern areas, extreme north, western areas. The thing I like most about the college is absolutely the campus. It's very huge and very beautiful. The effort they have put in constructing such nice infrastructures is spellbound. Everyday we get to see wonderful views. The sunsets and sunrise are the most beautiful I have seen there. The other thing, I like about our College is that they have very good security mainly regarding the girls hostel. As many fear of sending their girl child to such place where they feel there's no proper security. But I must say, they are protective of us and follow all the rules and see that girls security comes number 1 in their list. The reason I chose mechanical engineering is because this is the mother branch of all branches. Initially I was interested in aerospace engineering, but as it is a part of mechanical engineering, I have chosen this branch so I can pursue my career in aerospace/ other wide options that mechanical engineering provides.

I wanted to do any degree on engineering. And based on my rank on JEE Mains I got here. Offcourse I wanted to do in better college and with better brances, but my rank was not that high enough to get in such brances and colleges.

It is located in my city and it also has good faculties for my branch. It is also student friendly. Cse branch is the branch which I have been always fascinated to. It is actually because I have been learning computer science from 6th standard so coding has been always my favourite. To emphasize my coding skills I chose to become a computer science engineer and work in reputed fields of IT sector. In addition to this IT sector is the most booming field in this 21st century and it is filled with opportunities all around. Hence I went for cse branch in my B.Tech program.

As being a government institution and also the NIT tag name was enough for me to pursue Computer Engineering from this institute. The placement records of NIT Agartala were also satisfactory enough to be a part of this institution. NIT Agartala was my 13th choice among the 15 preferences I've filled up. Honestly speaking i had no idea about this institute before joining there but it turned out to be one amazing experience to be a part of this institution.

The factor which mainly made me choose this college was that the mechanical branch out here is really good and since I got that branch I was drown into it without any hesitation.The faculties of this branch are maximum Ph.D holders.Even,the Cse and Ece departement are well built with its infrastructure and they are doing pretty well with placements from the last couple of years.Also the various clubs in our college is really active.Be it any technical club,robotics club,drama club,dance club,e cell club etc. all of them function well.The campus is lush green since it is a part of northeast India.If we talk about transportation,there is the Agartala Airport which makes it easier for the students to reach the campus without any problen.These are some of the factors which attracted me a lot.
