GBPUAT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I've get admitted through State Entrance Exam at Jnkvv Jabalpur for my masters but when I got selected for Pantnagar University through ICAR AIEEA (PG) AIR25, 3 month later I left for Pantnagar University to JNKVV Jabalpur.Pantnagar is most prestigious university in India after IARI delhi in Agriculture.

The university offers cast placement criteria and also has a wide alumni network also company like parle, Perfetti, iffco, NSC keep visiting average package 8-10 lakh and max 20 lakh also. The placement ratio is 82 percent.

Placements are fine but its increasing year after year. If you have all the criteria fulfilled then it's easy to get decent placement. Some of the companies that recruited from our college are Hero Moto Corp, Mahindra & Mahindra, whirlpool, TCS, tata motors, Google, etc.

Since I don't know much about the placements, here's a review of a passed out senior. The placements of COT are decent Right now. I won't say very good but yes Good enough to give every student the chance to get selected in Campus placements. If you are good in studies and have the zeal to do it you will make it. There is no branch in Pantnagar for which Companies don't come for Placement. Agricultural Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Students Get the highest Packages every Year in Placements. Companies like Hero, John Deere, Mahindra&Mahindra, Escorts etc come for their Placements. Students of Computer Engineering, IT and ECE mostly end up in TCS. A few companies come for EE or They also get their chance in TCS.

The placements are good but very few students out for placements since most students opt for other paths like banking, MBA, upsc, masters etc. The packages offered this year went upto 8 lakh which is a fair amount with a mere bachelors degree. With the introduction of a dedicated placement cell the placements have improved tremendously. I plan to pursue masters from abroad after the completion of my degree.

3rd Placement is good like no of companies visited 12- 20 highest package , average in between 3-4 lakhs 80% Government sector or ph.d

This university is biggest in Uttarakhand. This is not under UTU. This university is the first choice of jee students among the different colleges for b. Tech degree program. This course has vast field of jobs and placement.

University provide few seates for jammu and kashmir migrants. I heard a lot about this university from my school friend and about it's excellence in agriculture field. University being first agriculture to be established and also being best government university so i decided to appeared for entrance exam.

I opted for this university because it's topped ranked and if not through neet then this should be the second option of almost most of the students from Uttrakhand so i opted this university. When I first visited the campus it was very Peace and various facilities are their

I choose this university over any other university because it's best agriculture university according to icar with good quality of education and facility. I opted this course because agriculture graduates are in high demand and scope is very broad
