- Yeah they are well qualified one proffessor i know he has done both btech and mtech like this many are well qualified another math teacher has very much social knowledge also like he is a member of one national commiteee
- The college provides a wide range of scholarships for merit students excelling in academics.
- I am an 8th sem student and i am proud to say that i have already been placed in a prestigious company with a great package.
Dislikes
- Very bad at this, there is no scope for any kind of fests in our college.
- I'll pay 250000 per year and we don't get any kind of scholarship because your cgpa has to be above 8.1 so no scholarship from government also they would discriminate us and they won't allow us to get it.
- Hostel rules are too strict, curfew of 7 is very early and the girls hostel is outside the campus which is a bit inconvenient

- There are compulsorily 3 CIA's in each semester and this is like too much.
Placement Experience:
Once we are into our final year, we get our chance to showcase all our softskills and communication skills with major corporates that shows up at PESU every year. For our course though instead of established names, we see a lot of start-ups showing faith in us.

- Law program at PES University concentrates not just on teaching legal or humanities subjects but also teaches us communication and research skills
- Right from the first year, we are exposed for practical learning through internships and moot courts.
- An entire library is dedicated for law college where we find most of our journals and books and besides that we also have a moot court at the campus.

- Canteen
Placement Experience:
The first batch of law from PESU just cleared and nearly half the students had placements worth 6-12 lakhs. Therefore the average is around 6 lakhs as only 50% students were placed. Many top corporates and law firms came for placements and in time to come, this will only increase.

- Firstly the syllabus is quite advanced and many new core subjects are added in the syllabus every semester as the technology advances.
- There are so many things in the campus that students can never get bored.
- Lastly I would say the quality of the students is so good that each one of them have come from good schools and family.
Placement Experience:
From the final year only and many top corporate hire students and gives them prominent roles such as design engineer or product manager. From Isro to Mercedes Benz, many government and private companies have tie ups with PESU who offers jobs to students in numbers. Most design student though go for entrepreneurship so only 60-70% students apply for job and out of which maximum students are placed through campus.

- The campus is beautiful, very spacious and has all the facilities inside so one doesn't have to leave the campus often.
- The infrastructure of PESU is wonderful. It's beautifully thought out and executed.
- The faculty is amazing. They are understanding, friendly, empathetic also helpful.
Dislikes
- The college is built on a hill, so it gets difficult to climb up everyday to exit.
- The language barrier is kind of prominent in this college.
- The faculty of other courses are apparently a little bit strict and unreasonable at times.
Placement Experience:
After the 8th semester a student becomes eligible for campus placements. Before that we can do internships.
Multiple companies visit and the placement rate is about 85%. Even IT companies hire designers.
The highest paid designer in our campus had a package of 1.25L and average is 25k.
I'm planning on working for a while after my degree and then deciding on whether I want to do masters or not.

- PES University helps us in dwelling to not just the management part of designing but also artsy part of designing.
- Since it's still a new course in PES, they have incorporated the course by influencing from top colleges like IITs and IDC.
- HOD is very responsive and cares highly about the feedbacks that student gives.
Dislikes
- Expensive for sure as the course fees is quite high even though the course is introduced lately at PES University.
Placement Experience:
Xylem, GEA Group, ABB and other companies are there that gives PES University students the placements. Before launching the course the university made tie-ups with various companies and design engineers at PES University don't have to worry about placements. In all there are two sections and 100 students in all for our course. Hence, the placements are close to one hundred percent. The average salary offered to design students are somewhere around 5 lakhs.

Placements are still not developed for law. The dean is working on bringing top tech and law companies as well as great advocates and firms to hire placements. The highest lpa is about 200000. Interviews are average in difficulty.

- The most important thing that i like is facilities that are provided inside the college
Dislikes
- The only thing i disliked here is girls hostel is not inside the campus
Placement Experience:
From 7th sem u will be eligible and they also provide interns at 4th sem and offers are actually good if your GPA is above 8 then u don't have to worry about placement they will make u ready for that average is around 12 _13lpa and highest package this year went to 65 lpA

- Our college has best campus , best library,best computer lab
- The cafeteria has like around 1000 seating capacity

- The class rooms of first years it has only fan which doesn't work sometimes
- The class has a tv which works only for the teachers
Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to join cse but due to rank in my PESSAT the CSE seats were empty soo i had to join ece .. because I had no other choice,but ece is better according to seniors nothing ece and cse are similar in pes
The exams are held every 2 months ...2 isa (internals) and 1 esa (end sem assessment)

- The various clubs specialising in various domains
- The mentoring support from faculties from various fields
Placement Experience:
Campus placement opportunities in our college is very nice and makes sure that everyone gets placed. they also prepare us for the various tests that we'll need to go through in order to get an offer. Good package as well

Campis placement in our college is really good for CSE students but I am afraid to say it is not the same for other departments. For CSE our college is one of the best in Bengaluru in fact in Karnataka. There are a lot of companies visiting every year

PES University is a good private university offering four-year B.Tech Computer Science Engineering (CSE) courses. It is one of the most popular courses at the university and is worth the hype.
Students can go through the following reasons to know more about the CSE course at PES University:
- Approvals & Accreditations: The university is recognized by UGC and the Government of Karnataka. It is also accredited by NAAC and holds the approval of AICTE, making it a trustable institution.
- Fees: The B.Tech CSE fee at PES University is INR 4,80,000 per annum and a candidate also has to pay INR 10,000 as a one-time non-refundable admission fee. The university courses are more expensive in comparison to other universities, so if you cannot afford high fees don't apply for this university.
- Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for CSE is very simple at PES University Bangalore. Candidates must have passed Class XII with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible for admission.
- Selection: The selection of candidates is based on merit in the entrance examination. The university conducts PESSAT to offer admission in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses including B.Tech CSE. The university also accepts KCET and JEE Mains scores.
- Minor Specialization: The students can also choose B.Tech CSE in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning as a minor specialization giving more aligned specialization to applicants.
- Seat Intake: There are a total of 720 seats available in the CSE course among which 288 are KCET quota seats, 288 seats are available for PESSAT candidates and 36 seats are reserved for JEE Mains students. The university has also reserved 108 seats for management/ NRI/ foreign/ sponsored category students. 43 seats are there for Lateral entry students and the remaining 29 seats are for CET quota students applying for lateral entry in CSE.
- Ranking: The university has been ranked 100-150 for Engineering (B.Tech) by NIRF 2023.
