- Placement opportunities: the college is known to have a good placement record, with students securing placements in reputed companies.
- They teach in a very good way and they help us to gain knowledge.
- I chose amritha vishwa vidyapeetham because of its great atmosphere and the amazing scenery given from the mountains and the amazing faculty and infrastructure given at amritha, coimbatore and more accessible to me to go from every day
Dislikes
- Hostel is also the worst, no attach bathrooms and bathrooms are also worst bad quality no maintenance.no a/c
- The placement system from the last year is bad and they're blaming it on the recession
- I chose this course because i like the course minimum qualification is mtech depending on the semester courses it is very difficult to pass the exams questions papers are very tough and we should work very hard during exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is too good in amrita university. The curriculum gives you enough confidence for campus placements . The university will be giving you enough time for the examination. There will be two main exams , mid semester and end semester . Mid semester will be conducted 2 months after the semester begins .

- Second thing was Food very healthy food and they providing only Veg that's great full thing I like most.
- Third thing Faculty and Studies, Faculty was more friendly with us.

- First thing was canteen Timings was very bad
- Second thing was Hostel Wifi was very bad
- Third thing was To much water fall during rains
Placement Experience:
Currently I am in 1st semester. We got Amazon company with 2 months internship and we have to take that exam on 19th November 2024. It is our first campus company for our batch. We are eagerly waiting to attend that exam. Stifend was 1 lakh per month.

- Good Maintenance of Hostels with time to time cleaning
- A very large library with a lot of books across various domains
- Good sporting facilities and opportunities
Dislikes
- Girls and boys are not allowed to sit together
- Curfew timing is too soon which is at 10:00 Am till 3rd year
- One of the worst foods in the mess and canteen
Placement Experience:
The Aveagre Placement specially computer related brances is good varying from 12lpa - 17lpa avg across branches
The placement percentage at present is highest for CSE
15LPA+ comanies are a rarity we get around 20-25 they take around 100-150 students
Highest is 56lpa google
lowest is 4lpa
some high paying companies :-
Oracle - 20 mems (19.5lpa)
Providence - 3(20lpa)
SLB-1(15lpa)
GuideWare - 6(25lpa)
Arista - 10 (25lpa)
SAP- 15(25lpa)

around 90% students get placed in cse core

- The collage is best if you use it no one will teach you more if you into education there are many opportunitues in the collage
- Best of re-search based study and good faculty for ressearch
- The grading system is too high standard of getting a good cgpa
Dislikes
- we cant get cgpa more after more struggle , its too tough
- The collage is strict according to the disciplane
- More collage politics is involved , permission are not granted easily
Placement Experience:
From 5th sem the student will get an intern oppurtunity and in that the top batch will be placed in interns
The main placements will be in 7th sem where you will get regular placements weekly
over 200 companies will come to hire the students
but this year which is 2024 the placement % is low as compared with previous

- Intime is 10 pm for students of 2nd year and above .9 pm for 1st year students
- Less exposure to various global opportunities
- Very much concentrated in theory instead of practical applications

- I liked the campus environment ,then the class . The most important that I liked is the friends circle that i got
- Next I liked the swiming pool in the campus.
- Next thing that I like is the facilities in the college
Dislikes
- The first thing I disliked is when there is an event in our college we will still have class and everything
- Faculties are not giving us OD when we participate in any event
- Some faculties show partiality as they treat some students good and some worse
Placement Experience:
Since our course duration is 5 years , I think we will be eligible for placements from the 7th or 8th semester
The compabies that visited our colleges were TCS , COGNIZANT, INFOSYS AND SO ON
The companies that go for CSE students come for us as well
The highest is 12 lpa and the average is 8 lpa
Percenage of students getting placed would be like 60 to 70 percent
My plan after getting this degree is to do MS some where In US or Germany

- The teachers had a really hands on method to make the students learn, they were very approachable.
- There were a lot of clubs to ensure students had more exposure to other activities other than what was in the curriculum.
- The curriculum met the industry standard which helps in the placement process
Dislikes
- The distance between the blocks and parking is way too much, spent 40 mins in a day walking to and from parking.
- strict rules in place so that students cannot leave the campus during college hours without procuring permission from the faculty
- poor boys to girls ratio in most departments, meaning more boys and very few girls.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, the companies that visit are Wipro, Oracle, Comviva, Cisco, Intuit etc, the highest offer that was made was 42 LPA from intuit, the avg wiuld be around 4.5 LPA, almost 95 percent of the students who opt for placement get placed. I plan to become an entrepreneur.

- Management is very strict which is a good thing, they give very good support to students than other colleges.
- No alcohol or cigarettes are allowed inside the campus, so it's tobacco free campus
- Faculty support and friendliness towards the students. Faculty student ratio is also good, having around 1:20
Dislikes
- Hostel students cannot exit college until warden approve your home or day pass.
- Non veg or any type of outside food is not allowed inside the college.
- Since it is very reputed deemed University, fees is comparatively high If you don't have scholarship.
Placement Experience:
From the 6th semester, students are allowed to sit for placements and company exams. CIR department which gives us placement details and advice and training to clear the each round of the placement drive.

- So much of distance you should walk from your hostel to the academic block basically where you take your regular classes
- You should always run behind the buses to go to your classes on tym
- You can’t even miss even 1 lab. If you miss them your internal marks will be reduced

The avg package is about : 10lpa almost 94% of the students got placed last year and also the leading companies like Microsoft google are providing us better internship opportunities. Placement guidance was provided before the campus placement drives

- Campus Life is very beautiful, with lush green surroundings
- Staffs are very kind and very friendly and very helpful
- There’s a lot of diversity so you can make lots of frnds
Dislikes
- Main thing i disliked was that there is no placement’s
- Hostel food was very bad and the hostel fee is expensive
- There are no much events that are conducted

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.

Amrita University offers good learning opportunities. It also has a decent placement record. According to the highlights of Amrita University Placements 2021, almost 95% of students got placement offers. The highest CTC offered was 56.95 LPA.
But the coursework is demanding. You are required to do projects each semester. So, you need to keep up with the coursework, otherwise, you can easily fall behind.
