- I liked the vibrance of the campus with alot of labs
- Lot of different clubs that can help boost my resume
- lot of oppurunties to study abroad such as exchange programs and mtech
Dislikes
- Wifi is not the best with low speeds and some dead zones
- Non-AC classrooms are a hassle in the tamil nadu heat causing a lot of distractions amid lectures
- lot of importance on attendance and marks
Placement Experience:
Vit is known for its Placements where a lot of MNCs come to recruit a lot of us such as:
TCS, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cognizant, Infosys, Intel, L & T, Wipro.
Vit typically sees hundreds of companies. Most students get multiple offers depending on their performance in the interviews.
For the 2024 Batch, the highest package crossed 1 cr per annum while the avg package is and 6-7LPA
Profiles offered:
Software developer, Data scientist, AI/ML engineer, Consultant, Project manager, and System engineer.
Vit Chennai has 90-95% of students get placed every year.
I plan to skip the placements and pursue higher studies in abroad.

- The amount of opportunities for going abroad for exchange
- decent campus life with lots of events going on, campus and hostels are very clean
- a lot of sports and clubs are present for which kids also get credit
Dislikes
- wifi is a little slow in hostel and strength is low in certain rooms
- lack of cellular strength in a lot of areas
- non AC theory classes in certain academic block
Placement Experience:
there are alot of placemnets oppertunites from top comapnies like google, microsoft.campus plavements are great no kid goes without getting placemnets. average package is 9 lakhs and hiigest till date is 1.25 crores

- The campus area is big and there are more trees.
- Many more opportunities for getting internship
- Many more clubs and get chances to explore
Dislikes
- There is not enough equipment of sports for playing
- To much crowded and competitive environment
- The management is to strict and many more restrictions.
Placement Experience:
The placement is good in vit college but for getting better placement we have to struggle hard. For electrical and electronics engineering there is also good opportunity for placement this year many reputed companies visit this college.

- A lot of cutural exchange takes place as students from all over india are here and also a lot of international students
- A lot of clubs and activities help you find qhat you want to do withyour career
- Faculty are well experienced and they have to publish research papers regularlybecause it is mandatory
Dislikes
- Rules are very strict breaking them will often lead to heavy fines and misconduct will lead to expeulsion or suspension fs
- To leave the campus for anything you will need your parents permission and your proctors permission
- At the end of the day you will be exhausted as the campus is very huge and you have to walk a lot in between classes

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placement after 6th semester. A lot of companies visit the college such as microsoft, google, amazon, cognizant, pfizer, siemens, bosch. Around 200 companies visited last time.
Highest package this year was 54 lpa. Most of the students applying for placements do get placed (90% approx). After getting the degree i plan to work for a few years and study mba and pursue my career in bussiness.

- VIT is a diverse college, you'll find students from different states and countries.
- Most professors in VIT are well qualified and have a phd degree
Dislikes
- Due to large number of students enrolled each classes sometimes can feel crowded
- While the hostel are well maintained, some students find hostel a bit pricey
- There will be pressure for CAT exam and FAT exam from the Professors.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The Law curriculam is generally designed to balance both theotrical knowledge and practical applications core subjects like Constitutional Law, Criminal law, Contract Law etc are backbone of legal education. Additional courses like MOOT Court competition, Internships offers hand on experience. The curriculam is well structred to prepare students for multiple carrers in law.

- Sports facilities are nice can take any sports equipment if is less crowded
- Every facilities like haircut and necessary things are inside the he campus
- You can order from Amazon,Flipkart or any e-commerce platform and recieve package
Dislikes
- There are less girls. There are 3 hostels for boys and 2 for girls
- Hostel is bit too crowded. During class time rarely get to use lifts. ground is also crowed
- In first semester freshers cannot go out of campus unless parents pick you or it's holiday(with proctor and parents permission)
Placement Experience:
From 2 and 3rd years students recieve interships.And the many events and hackathons are really good for us to improve our coding and designing skills more than 80% get placed in this college.So many are getting dream offers

Vit placements are really good.The average package is 8lpa.There are three types of companies visit our campus.super dream,dream,and mass recruiters.Most the students will get placed under mass recruitment companies

- The hostel rooms are also good.They are cleaned everyday.
- All the teachers are also friendly and qualified and knowledgeable

- The schedule is very busy for all the students.
- Wifi facilities could have been better than this.
- They should have Air conditioner in all the classrooms.
Placement Experience:
80 percentage of students get placed.
Maximum package offered this year was 88 lakhs per annum.
From 8 th semester students become eligible for campus placements.
My plan is get the experience in the industry for two years and then opt for m tech degree.

- Lots of good events are conducted frequently
- Students are very friendly and there is NO ragging or similar culture

- Too many students in the campus and it feels like a town.
- There's construction going on inside the campus most of the time
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. There are lots of companies coming to the college, including Google, Microsoft, Apple, Flipkart, and much more. The highest goes to 1crore and average to 7lakhs per annum. Around 70% gets placed. I'll apply gor companies for placements.

- Lack of manners of some students in the college
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is well organised it seems.The first exam went smoothly.It was easy.All the portions can be studied easily.The teaching methods actually doesnt matter if uou study on your own.At the end it always depends on your practise .

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
This academic year, Atlassian is the employer with the highest salary on offer to Amrita students, with a staggering 52 lakhs offered annually. Microsoft offered 43 lakhs per year in salary, while Cisco hired 27 students at a CTC of 29.18 lakhs per year.
According to the most recent report, the highest and average compensation packages offered during the 2022 placement drive were INR 19.17 LPA and INR 6.72 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, in 2022, 93 recruiters participated in the placement process, placing 261 students in new-age job profiles. Accenture, Adobe, Infosys, EY, KPMG, and others were among Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's top recruiters in 2022.
