- Academics is quite impressive and very well structured.
- There are many events happening every week around the campus and boys to girls ratio is around 6:1 approx which not that bad
- VIT also focuses and encourages students to write research papers and do research work and hence this college is very famous in research field.
Dislikes
- The hostel rules are very strict, you cant even go out of campus in your 1st semester.
- 2nd semester onwards you are only allowed to leave the campus once a week and that too requires series of permissions from your protor and the hostel wardens.
- The attendance system is also very strict, if your attendance false short even like 70 percent, you won't be able to give exams. Plus debar exemptions are given very rarely if your case is very serious
Placement Experience:
Students are allowed for campus placement after 6th semester that is 4th year onwards.
Famous MNCs come for placement but they take very few talented students so the competition for very good package is pretty tough.
Although many students get thier placement byt thier package may not be as good.

- PDA guards are everywhere, normally it doesn't affect me but sometimes they won't even let you have a normal conversation
Placement Experience:
I'm still a second year student, not very sure about all the companies but I've heard Google, Microsoft, Dell and such top companies have visited for recruitments. The main top companies normally have very limited seats but the middle companies like TCS and NVIDIA take in a good amount of students. The placements percentage is almost 100% here which is one good thing. I plan to write GATE.

- Friendly staffs and also more supportive and provide guidance in many other extra curricular activities
- Students get more freedom , maybe dress code , campus life , relaxed campus policies led to a stress free atmosphere
- Ample opportunities for students to take part in various clubs and showcase their talents based on their individual interests
Dislikes
- Maybe a lot of students feels like the campus is filled with a lot of students.
- Sudden rules and regulations that get to be implemented
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course comprises of every aspect from software engineering and computer science we get to learn basics of everything like programming, machine learning , artificial intelligence, deep learning, web technology etc,
This provides us a basic knowledge on how all these and more other topics would be

- The clubs here are good indeed the extracurricular activities i like the most bcz they provide us od to skip the classes and enjoy events
- The placement is kinda good if u maintained the gpa like the average package is about 8 LPA for CSE student
- The vibrance event which held once in a year is superb
Dislikes
- The infrastructure of the classroom and the faculty sometimes
- The HOD and staff members in the upper department including Dean is not much into students problem they don't care
- Most like to face the difference between tamils and north indians
Placement Experience:
The placement of my college is average it is like for CSE student the average package is 8lpa but these placement are generally for 9 pointers and the rest of the students get the package of like 4-6 lpa the majority ones

Dislikes
- I disliked about there exam and revaluation very poor
- Faculty teaching was not so good and they give us lot of work
- Sports faculties are very bad no proper grounds nor proper gyms
Placement Experience:
As of now placements are less they introduce new training sections on placements and introduce coding exams for us to improve our skills and help us to crack interviews 0verall 60 odd company visited over 600 students placed out of 2000 up to now.

- Regular fests monthly , heavy crowds and also celebrities arribes from all over India
- Great infrastructure, proper facilities and great amenities
- Availability of medical aid, sports complex and different committees are also available

- Restrictions on time strict rules on timing is applicable for both girls and boys
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course having the integrated feature of ug and pg is quite complex as well as it is very interesting to learn new things at a place, we can complete btech in 3 years and masters subjects are also being taught consecutively.

After 3rd year 2nd semester students are allowed to sit for the placements
The famous company like capgemini,tcs,cognizant,Microsoft, infosys and aws etc.
The highest package for this year was 80lpa and the average package was 9 lpa
Nearly 90 percent students will get placed as per college administration

- Firstly I liked the social environment of college the friendly nature of other students and Here students came from different part of world also.
- The campus is not very large but it is good and Specially our campus is ragging free campus there is not a single case of ragging is here.
- And the ratio between Girls and Boys is good there are nearly equal number of girls and boys and the curriculum of college is also adjusted according to future requirements
Dislikes
- The mess food ohh it is disgusting, they should really improve the taste and quality of food.
- The faculty is also not friendly they sometimes release their frustation of students I don't know why but it is true.
- Currently a technical fest is going on named TechnoVIT and the fest in VIT is kind of useless I don't able to understand what is he point of it.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum of VIT is good and updated as per new market requirements. The integeration of AI and Machine learning and they teach AI and ML to every branch even if you are a Civil student thanks to the FFCS( Fully Flexible Credit System) of vit which allow every student to study what they want and when they want.
Particularly in Electronics and Communication they include all the information you need for real world application and also they include spicial guest lectures where industry exepert come and give information about their work requirement.
In my opinian there is no as such need of improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview:
In first year, mainly the syllabus is same for everyone and is mostly 11th and 12th syllabus but a little bit advanced. My course is EEE and I am pretty satisfied from the curriculum. They also include extra guest lectures and the teachers also help us to know which club to join.

Vit has seperated curriculum into several modules. We consider it has a chapters. you will study some topics from class 12.
remaining of others. open notebook exams are little difficult compared to others exams.

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
