Infrasturcture of collage, classses, staff
Studies are much better then other places

The student of 3 year is eligible for the placements.The different companies came there for hiring likr amazon, flipcart,microsoft and many more as in last year the highesht paackage was 35 lakh the student plaved in amazon

College has good campus life for the students

Not approved with the fees hike policy of the courses
Put various fine and look for their benefits
There is no appropriate system to conduct good understanding between faculties and students

The course is very lengthy and there are some extra subjects but some subjects are very useful too and faculty members are good in nature and very productive for our course and placement related things

Campus is growing day by day. They are building new building
Cgc jhanjeri college is going to becoming University is coming next years.

Dislikes

Campus is too small. Block are very close
Only 1 hostel for boys and 1 hostel for girls.

Placement Experience:

They provide 100% placement to each and every student. The students of MBA afte completing 1 year they are eligible for their placement inside or outside campus. Highest package 11 lpa and the lowest 3lpa . Around 80% students are placed in Cgc jhanjeri college.

Campus environment is very good, you can roam around in your free time.
Faculty and people here are cooperative and friendly.
Various fests and events held in this campus each year which keeps you charged.

Dislikes

There's 75% attendance rule which you need to follow to appear in exams.
Tuesday and Wednesday dress code to be followed which sometimes gives school vibes.
Canteen food not up to the mark. They should improve quality and taste.

Placement Experience:

There are lots and lots of placement offers to students who opted for their tpp programme for which they charge a small fee, which is 3500 rs. from 7th semester, students get placement offers. Companies like autodesk, phonepe, cognizant, tcs, wipro... etc. visit campus and a big no.s of offers are made to students. Highest package is 36 lpa and average is 6.6 lpa this year. Around 80% of students get college placements. I also got placed in a good company in mohali during my last semester.

Restriction for outing ... every time we have to make entry in passbooks fo outing
Rules .... to wear uniform and tie on daily basis
Attandance shoud not b below 80 percent.other wise can we cant sit in end sem

In 3sem students can participate in placement drives Highest package that time was 16 lak per annum 100 percent of students got placed I got placed in three companies after that i go for one..i got placed in ibm..i worked 1 year with ibm gurgaon

Campus of the college is lush green. It is beautiful and have graffitis also
The infrastructure is good,labs are well equiped
Eating spots are awesome.you can get various eatables at very good pricing

Dislikes

Sometimes the management is not so responsive towards students
Any faculty can leave anytime leaving the course in the mid
Pressure of assignments are really high.

Placement Experience:

For BCA Its the 3rd sem from where a student is eligible for placements. Companies visiting here are amazon ,IBM, persistent etc. Big giants come here to offer placements. Dell offers a package of about 4LPA thats an average and highest have gone to 10LPA also

I like the campus environment & cleanliness.
The teachers and professors are very skilled of their subjects.
The events they organised are very enjoyable thing.

Dislikes

The event management need to do some more things for seating & arrangements.
The assignment they gave to students are very often , tries to do give just before the exams.
The canteen needs to make bigger , they are small in size in comparison to students they've.

Placement Experience:

From 5-6 semesters you got the internship. Tcs, Amazon, Mahindra, IBM , cognizant. The highest package is 45.5 LPA, around 40 every batch, the average is 5-8 LPA. 90% get placed In companies with the skills. Doing MBA.

The faculties and college life is quiet good
There are placement cells which provides help in giving you placement but you have to also put efforts from your side
The infrastructure is quiet good and there are labs also

Dislikes

Campus size is too short and you can easily cover the campus in less than 10 minutes
There is restriction and students don't like it but it is also necessary

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Arround 800+ companies are visiting and there are around 8500+ offers made. The highest package was 44 lakhs made by the Microsoft and average package is arround 4 to 5 lakhs. 100% placement is there if a student has not Re in exam. I want to sit in placement but there are chances that i will not opt placement as i will prepare for govt exam or getting a master's degree

as a medical student, I was eligible for this course so, I've chosen it. a faculty with was good, master's/p.hd in agriculture/agronomy/Horti. term exams are likely to be done once in 4 months and exams were easy.

My cousin studies at CGC Jhanjeri and it's a nice and average place to be. Following are some issues though, which may be burdensome:

If you wish to go out during college hours then you will need to get an application signed by the CC and the HOD. The process itself will take up a lot of time.
Girls can stay out up to 7 pm in summers and 6 pm in winters and you can step out to roam in the campus by 4:30 and you will have to return in two hours to avoid sending a call home.
You should have at least a 75% attendance like most colleges, but it will be evaluated every 15 days. You will have to attend 75% of 15 days to avoid detention during the Monthly Sessional Tests of MSTs.
The campus is verdant and hygienic and it has a playground, but it is surrounded by grasslands on all sides up to 5 Kms. It has all the basic amenities like stationery shops, sports ground, pool, games room, etc.
Even transportation is an issue and autos and buses are the only way but quite time-consuming.

Hostel, mess food, cleanliness, room Sharing are not any issues at all. You will not have to worry about ragging too. You can go to Chandigarh for shopping after getting your passbook filled and signed by the Warden.

However, you cannot bunk because the campus is small, you can get discovered very easily and may face some good punishment. As for placements, it all depends upon research-based hard work and skills. Major companies do visit for recruitment.
