IIIT Ranchi Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

IIIT Ranchi is a new institute but its placements are very good. It is one of the fastest-growing technical institutes in the country. The current average package of the college is about 16 lpa. Many prestigious companies including Amazon, Google, and many other MNCs visit the campus. More than 90 percent of students are getting placed rest mostly good for higher studies and do not opt to sit in campus placements. I will start my own business after getting my degree.

Average package of our college is 16.5 lakhs per annum and highest package is 83 lakhs per annum . 13 students also get packages of 45 lakhs from amazon in oncamous placement s.From 6th semster students are eligible for placement . companies like Google, microsoft and adibe are top recrutiers . placement percentage is 100% for batch 2019-2023.

The 3rd year students are eligible for placements. The no. Of companies approaching is increasing as the year's pass. 70% of the students are getting placed. My plan is to go higher studies rather than taking a placement, to pursue MTech in my core ece.

The placement committee is excellent, and they understand that because the college is new, they will have to work extra effort to engage great businesses. Companies that visited the campus during the placement drive included Microsoft, Oracle, Infosys, Wipro, Google, Snapdeal, Flipkart, and others. Our batch's highest package was 16 LPA, and the average package was around 9.50 LPA. I was also fortunate enough to receive a package of 12 LPA.

The placement scenario is quite good as it is a new college as per 2020 data average package is 7.2 lpa with placement percentage of 75 and highest package offered is 20 lpa and in offcampus it is more students are getting internship in 3 rd year

The college placement is very good. To achieve a good placement offers for such a new college is very tough but the college has not only to maintain a record of 1200% placement but the placement offers of the college are also very good the highest placement offer went up to around 21 LPA and the average salary offer was around 12 LPA which is very good placement packages for the college. AmEx, Tekion, Commvault, Jio, Goldman Sachs are among the recruiters of the college.

Good and experienced teachers and a skilled TAP cell along with several programmes for developing skill and knowledge. Our seniors are very helpful and provide us a lot of guidance in career based options and help us choose the best part. The college frequently holds meetings and interactive interviews with successful alumni as well as people who have qualified in a successful career. The student council is very active and takes decisions on a wide scale and helps uplifting the student community.
