Yes, our college provides campus placement and we have all the top recruiters including the big 4 and other tech giants visiting us. The average package is 15.5 lakh for our college at present. The college provides 100% placement both in summer internships and final placements.

By the fourth semester, students become eligible for the final placements. The average package stands at around 16.5 lakhs whereas the highest package is at around 64 lakhs CTC for the recent year. The best thing about IIM Jammu is it has a 100% placement record.

Placements at IIM Jammu are better than most of the new-generation IIMs in India. MBA batch 2021-23 may have placements near about 15 LPA. For the batch 2020-22, it was 13.5 LPA. The placement was great,100% placement in both IIM Jammu and NIFTEM, In IIM Jammu all kinds of Companies come for placements and the average placement is around Rs 1350000 and in NIFTEM it was approx 550000 and all FMCG companies came for placement

Good companies like Paytm, Amazon, DHL, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte USI, PWC, KPMG, Xiaomi, amongst others. Profiles offered were majorly in Sales and Marketing. average package was around 11 lacs. I would like to work in a Marketing role after MBA.

Companies like HDFC, ICICI, Deloitte, etc do visit the campus for internships as well as final placements. The average package is 40000 with the 100% of students being placed. Profiles offered are marketing roles,consulting etc.

Campus placements are one of the USP of IIM Jammu. as per current year placements, the report will surprise everyone. The maximum ctc is in the range of Rs 32LPA and the average ctc is Rs 10.34 LPA. Deloitte, HCL, Paytm, Hyundai are the top recruiters.
