From the 5th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. There were Big 4s. Deloitte, EY, FMCG companies, etc. I don't remember the offers made. The average CTC was around 3.6 lakhs. Atleast 90% got placed. My plans were to do a Masters degree.

Because delhi university has good reputation. And the education is quite good, professor are really nice and want to go in good regular college. And the students are from different states. You can learn alot from them. Education is excellent but main and most important thing is you learn how to live, speak and listen. It is the place where you learn what to speak in front strangers it is hilarious experience. You all should go for the college. there is lot activities which you can participate like dance, singing, poetry and many curriculum activities. You can shine with your talent.

Placements are good on the campus. 3rd-year students are eligible for campus placements only. Companies are Konica Minolta airtel giggle and many other companies. Highest package is 9 lakh per annum and the average package is 7 lakh per annum. Nearly 60%students who apply for placement gets placement in companies. My plan is to do the job and wanted to get it from a placement cell as I want to help my family financially.

For a 5th semester student placement is available, many companies come into Dyal Singh college like EY, Deloitte and highest package till now 12 lakhs and the average package will be somewhere in between 3 to 4 lakhs and at an average 50% students gets placed. My plan is currently I am ca inter student so I am going to complete my CA

Students become eligible for placement after the 4th semester from here on they can apply for placements in companies. Many companies come to the College for campus placement such as EY, KPMG, TCS, Genpact, McKinsey and they make a very good amount of offers for students. D.E. Shaw came into college and made an offer of 17.5 lacs p.a and the median salary would be around 4.5 lacs p.a. The percentage of students getting places is low due to a high number of students and less of companies. I plan to get placed in a company first and gain knowledge and experience which can help me in future.

The placement cell of DSC is very active. You can start doing internships from your very first year. Internships go on during the whole year. Placements are usually happening in the last or second last semester mainly for final year students. The main domain for which the recruitment drives are conducted are - Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and HR. The major companies that visit our campus are - KPMG, EY, GENPACT, JARO EDUCATION, WIRPO, and other companies with an average package of 3-3.5 lakhs, students do get nice offers from these companies. The highest package for the year 2020-21 was approximately near 5-6 LPA. There are a good number of students getting placements. Since I am planning for professional courses, I haven't sat for any placements but my friends do sit for the placements and as per the reviews, I can assure you that if you have the right amount of talent and zeal, you are not going to be graduate with empty hands.

Around 30 students get placed here mostly from Economic and commerce course. Students get roles offered are financial analyst and in audit sections. The average package goes around 3LPA. But most of the students opts to go for different exams after graduation.

The placement cell of this college is one of the best you could ever find. They regularly invite companies for placement. When you reach your last year then you're eligible to sit in the placement process. Students not in their last year is offered internship opportunities. Top companies like Gillette, TCS, Aperion, etc do carry outplacement drives every year in the college so you had a chance to be an employee of these big companies, offering you an annual package of 2-4Lakh. The highest ever placed student is offered Rs.9L annual package. The percentile of student greeting places is low that is about 15-20% of students is placed in every placement drive atmost. Now as I completed my graduation now am planning to start my own coaching which is the best progression you could have after this degree.

Dyal Singh College is one of the most reputed colleges in Delhi University. Apart from this, the college infrastructure, faculty members, the brand value it upholds, the diversity it attracts were a few factors that I wanted to get into the college.
