Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

Dislikes

Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

The First thing I like about the college is Campus life
Second thing is Teachers are quite Supportive
Third thing is infrastructure is quite good

Dislikes

First thing is placements are below average
Second thing is Pressure of Class Surprise tests

Placement is average in our college,the highest package of college received is 10 lakhs this year, Infosys TCS,etc visiting our college for placement.the percentage of students getting placement is quite Low

My college is best.

Likes

Campus is very large and beautiful. We play in ground also
Sports ground are there in college where we play so many sports.
Basketball ball ground and tabletennis coach and Archery club is also there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a good electrical engineer that why I chose EE. My faculty is Very good at teaching, behaviour is also very well. My class ratio is 60. All faculty are well qualified in BTech and other degrees and they teach also very well. Examinations are taken timely.

Infrastructure here is quite good and spacious
Ground is quite large and many sports to play

Dislikes

No annual fest held from covid even after covid has ended.
No charging points in library which makes it difficult to sit sit and code for long hours because the device battery often runs out

Course Curriculum Overview:

Computer science and engineering is something that attracts me and since in todays world everything needs technology which makes my course even more desirable. The faculty members are good and punctual, if we talk about ratio of boys and girls then I would say it depends on who scored a good score in exam will study here so the ratio is not a point to focus

Lot to explore in the campus. Faculty is very friendly and helpful.
Sports and other co curriculum activities are very active and helpfull

No intership opportunity from the college are provided
No Placement garuntee and avg package is very low

Likes

Campus, environment, facilities and faculty. No dress code
Infrastructure is nice and large and well maintained.

Dislikes

Sports equipments and kits as you will get all after 3 pm.

Placement is really good. I am a 1st year student so I have little idea about that. But last year's batch of my stream got 100% placement with a 6-8 lpa average. After B. Tech my target is to crack Gate and complete M. Tech.

Clubs, facilities, faculty they are very good.

Fests there are no such fests as I was expecting

Course Curriculum Overview:

So basically I was interested in the electronic field and through ECE you are eligible for both IT and core companies as well. The faculty members are very friendly especially I can't mention names but the electrical and maths faculty members are very good. Although the chemistry faculty members and humanities members are awesome.

Extra curicular avtivites are the things that you liked most
Sports avtivites, Seminars, Library are attract the students
Faculties are good to interact and they help you to build skills.

Dislikes

Language barriers is the one you disliked most.
Surprise tests are one of the things you disliked most when you not studied properly .

Placement Experience:

The Placement scenario is good in this college. If you are a CSE/IT/ECE student you get an average package of 7 lakhs but other branches have some difficulty getting placement. But they get the placement of 3-4 Lakh per Annum. The highest package is 44 Lakhs. 90% of students are placed.

My College Heritage Institute Of Technology

Likes

Teachers how they teach. Their friendly behaviour.
The beautiful green campus.Sports facilities.
The clubs and fests that are often held in campus.

Dislikes

We have pressure for surprise tests and lab work.
In our institute we have maintain our attendance of 70%
There are few students who rag over juniors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I love physics and machines. The faculty of our institute are well educated from renowned institutes and have very good experience in teaching. They are also very well-behaved and they are always ready to help students. We have got surprise tests for about 10 marks, every month for each subject from where 3 best of 4 exam numbers will be added in the final semester. And after 4 months we have our semester exams.

Faculties are not friendly but helpful.

Dislikes

College students are allowed to enter sports room only after 3pm.
Lab equipments don't work properly and the labs are not updated, its like living in 2000
Campus is very small and it includes all engineering, law, business, school.

Placement Experience:

Placements have fallen drastically in the last two years and very few companies have visited till now with an average package of 50000. Also, the companies which visited are not famous or big. I don't think even 50% per cent will get placed

Heritage Institute of technology Kolkata is best campus I think in Kolkata.

Dislikes

I dislike no any thing In heritage bcoz heritage is a Goof college.

From the sixth semester also students are eligible for placement. The highest package I think this year is around 34 three students are selected in Microsoft and one is Adobe. the average package is 5 lakh. My plans after getting a job I do my best.

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.

Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
